本文结合笔者在数学教学中遇到的实际问题和困难,对工读学校学生数学学习困难的原因进行调查研究,提出解决对策,并在课堂教学中实践应用,呈现教学实践效果,以达到有效改善工读生数学学习困难这一现状的目的。
文章的第一部分是绪论,简要介绍了研究背景、研究方法和意义。本文主要采用文献法、问卷调查法和访谈法进行研究,并对研究过程作了简单的说明。
第二章是相关研究综述。本文是在笔者阅读国内工读教育相关文献的基础上,简单概述了我国工读教育的基本情况和国内工读教育与之相关的研究结果。重点介绍了工读生的一些特点,尤其是在数学学科存在的困难。
第三、四章作为文章主体,通过调查问卷对北京市某工读学校学生做了关于学生的数学学习困难的原因展开调查与访谈,并对调查结果与访谈结果进行了分析,结果表明:学生对数学学习的兴趣严重缺乏,多数学生不喜欢参与数学活动;认为数学学习内容难,缺乏学习自信心;数学课堂学生的情绪、状态不稳定,数学课堂上会因小事或杂事走神,很多学生课堂学习的自制力与老师的管理关系密切;缺乏科学地数学学习方法与数学思维,难以建立数学知识之间的联系,多数学生还局限在具体形象思维上等。针对这些情况,笔者实践探索出工读生数学学习困难的五条转化策略,包括: 增进师生感情;多种手段激发工读生数学学习兴趣;教学内容的适当调整;注重学生数学思维的培养;改善传统教学评价方式等,应用教学策略呈现出教学实践效果,教学实践表明这些策略的应用具有一定的效果。
在文章的最后,笔者总结了这些研究成果,反思了该策略在实践中的应用情况,并期待今后的教学和科研工作能够得到进一步的完善。

Based on the practical problems and difficulties encountered by the author in mathematics teaching, in this paper I investigates the causes of reformatory schools students ' difficulties in mathematics learning, puts forward solutions, applies them in the classroom teaching, and presents the practical effect of teaching, in order to improve the present situation of reformatory student mathematics learning difficulties effectively.
Chapter 1 of the article is an introduction to the research background, research methods and significance; this article mainly adopts the methods of literature, questionnaires and interviews for research and gives a brief introduction to the research procedures.
Chapter 2 is a review of related research. Based on the author's reading of the relevant literature of domestic reformatory education, this article briefly outlines the basic situation and the relevant research results of China's Domestic work education. This paper mainly introduces some characteristics of reformatory students, especially the difficulties in mathematics discipline.
Chapter 3 and Chapter 4 are the main body of the article. A questionnaire method is used to carry out investigations and interviews about the reasons for the mathematics learning difficulties for students in certain reformatory school of Beijing .The investigation and interview results are then analyzed. Based on the analyzed results, It shows that students of the interest in mathematics study is serious lack. Most of the students do not like to participate in mathematical activities. They think that mathematics learning content is difficult. They lack of self-confidence. The emotion in mathematics learning is instability. They will be distracted by trifles or chores in the class. Many students ' self-control in classroom learning is closely related to the teacher's management. They lack of scientific mathematical learning methods and mathematical thinking. it is difficult to establish the relationship between mathematical knowledge for them. most students are limited in the specific image thinking. In response to these circumstances, the author explores five strategies of reformatory student mathematics learning difficulties, including the proper adjustment of teaching contents, the cultivation of students ' mathematical thinking. The stimulation of reformatory student 's interest in mathematics learning by various means, the enhancement of the feelings of teachers and students, and the improvement of traditional teaching evaluation methods, etc. The application of teaching strategy presents the effect of teaching practice, and the teaching practice shows that the application of these strategies has a certain effect.
At the end of the article, the author summarizes the results of these studies, reflects on the applications of the strategies in practices. It is expected that further perfection can be realized in the next step of the teaching research.
