在中国的应试教育大环境下,中学生每天都面对着与同学之间的竞争,学习竞争、分数竞争、中高考竞争等。学校各类竞争的影响,导致部分中学生的情感、态度和价值观与社会倡导的主流价值观出现较大差异,一些中学生的竞争态度变得越来越过激。竞争态度对个体的攻击性有较大影响,竞争态度也影响着个体的同伴关系水平,同时个体的攻击性亦会影响其同伴关系水平。目前的研究大多关注竞争态度、同伴关系水平和攻击性两两之间的关系,鲜有针对三者之间关系的研究。本研究对中学生竞争态度、攻击性与同伴关系三者之间的关系进行深入分析探讨,了解性别、年级、是否独生、民族、家庭居住地对三者的影响,以及攻击性在竞争态度和同伴关系之间所起到的关系。
研究采用《竞争态度量表》、《攻击性问卷》和《同伴关系量表》,随机抽取宁夏回族自治区银川、固原等地5所不同中学的1120名中学生进行问卷调查,考察中学生竞争态度、攻击性与同伴关系现状及三者之间的关系,结果如下:
1.中学生更多的持良性竞争态度。中学生良性竞争态度的特点为:相对于女生而言,男生更多持良性竞争态度;年级越高,中学生的良性竞争态度越明显;非独生子女比独生子女更多的持良性竞争态度。中学生过度竞争态度的特点为:男生比女生更多持有过度竞争态度;年级越高,中学生的过度竞争态度越低;居住在城市的学生比居住在乡村的孩子过度竞争更明显。
2.中学生的攻击性水平较低,且攻击性在年级和性别上存在显著差异。表现为:低年级学生的攻击性显著高于高年级学生;男生比女生拥有更高的攻击性。
3.大部分中学生都拥有较为良好的同伴关系。中学生同伴关系在性别、年级和是否独生上存在显著差异,表现为:女生的同伴关系比男生的同伴关系更好;高年级学生的同伴关系比低年级学生的同伴关系更好;独生子女的同伴关系比非独生子女的同伴关系更好。
4.中学生竞争态度、攻击性和同伴关系之间存在显著相关,表现为:良性竞争与同伴关系显著正相关,过度竞争与同伴关系显著负相关;过度竞争与攻击性显著正相关,良性竞争与攻击性无显著关系;同伴关系与攻击性存在显著负相关。
7.攻击性在过度竞争对中学生同伴关系的影响中起部分中介作用,过度竞争态度可以直接影响个体的同伴关系,也可以通过攻击性间接影响个体的同伴关系。

According to China's exam-oriented education, middle school students face the competition with their classmates every day, such as schoolwork competition, grades competition, entrance examination for secondary school or college competition and so on. Among all these competitions, the values of some students are biased, and there are bad or excessive attitudes. The attitudes of competition affect the individual's aggression, and the competitive attitudes also affect the level of the individual's peer relationship, while the individual's aggression also affects the level of his peer relationship. At present, most researches focus on the relationship between competition attitude, peer relationship level and aggression, and there is few researches on the relationship between them. This study deeply analyzes the relationship among competition attitudes of middle school students, aggression, and peer relations. It discusses whether gender, grade, only child, nation, and neighborhood will influence it or not. It also states how aggressivity affects the competition attitudes and peer relations.
The study used "the Competitive Attitude Scale", "Aggression Questionnaire" and "Peer Relations Questionnaire" to evaluate five different schools among 1120 middle school students in Yinchuan and Guyuan for a random sample in Ningxia Hui autonomous region about middle school students' competition attitude, aggressive and present situation and the relations between and among peer relations. The results are as follows:
1. There is a positive competition attitude among middle school students. There is an obvious difference among gender, grade and only child. The main performance is that boys' scores are significantly higher than girls'. Senior students' scores are significantly higher than those in the lower grades; Non-only children scored significantly higher than the only child. There is an obvious difference in the gender, grade and family living area of middle school students, which is mainly manifested as: boys' scores are significantly higher than that of female students; Older students scored significantly lower than those in the lower grades; Students who live in cities are significantly higher than those living in rural areas.
2. The level of aggressivity in middle school students is low, and there are clear differences between gender and grade. Boys were significantly more aggressive than girls. Younger students are significantly more aggressive than older students.
3. Most middle school students have a good peer relationship. There is a significant difference between the gender, grade and the only-child relationship among the middle school students, which shows that the peer relationship of girls is better than that of male students. The peer relationship of senior students was better than that of junior students; The relationship between an only child and a partner is better than that of a non-only child.
4. There is a significant connection among the competition attitudes, aggressivity and peer relationship of middle school students, which shows that benign competition is positively related to peer relationship, and hyper-competitiveness is negatively correlated with peer relationship. There is a significant positive connection between hyper-competitiveness and aggression, and there is no significant relationship between benign competition and aggressivity. There was a significant negative connection between peer relationship and aggressivity.
5. Aggressivity in hyper-competitiveness of middle school students plays a mediating role in hyper-competitiveness attitude and peer relationship. hyper-competitiveness attitude can directly affect the individual's peer relations, also can indirectly influence individual's peer relations through aggressivity.
