This paper mainly researches on price movement of car market.Firstly it introduces the present situation,then analyzes the whole situation basis on the supply and demand principle,introduces the influence of car market due to every factor,then concluse that the price is decling.The second chapter introduces the characteristic of car industry: it not only determines the establishment of price influence car market but also means government has a very important influence on directing price.At last this paper makes some suggestions on how to make price,so that companies can make profit during fierce competition.
