本研究基于拟人化理论探索适合交通拥堵情境下的车载导航产品语音提示的方式,从而提升拥堵情境下用户的车载导航产品使用感受。

首先,研究基于拟人化设计的三个特征,提出了交通拥堵情境下导航语音提示的三个策略假设,分别为:共情策略、幽默策略、不确定性策略。其次,通过预调研的方式初步验证了用户对策略的正向态度和需求。最后,研究通过采用模拟现实情境的方式,分别对上述的三条策略进行了实验评估。研究一探究了导航语音提示的共情特性对用户拟人化感知和满意度的影响。通过设立不同共情水平的实验组,发现用户对高共情性的导航语音提示具有明显的偏向性。此外,考虑到不同驾驶经验的用户对同一导航语音提示信息可能存在不同的感知,本研究进一步探究了驾驶经验这个变量的影响,结果发现,具有低驾驶经验的用户对于共情性的导航语音提示信息具有更大程度的感知提升。研究二探讨了导航语音提示的幽默特性对用户拟人化感知和满意度的影响,发现幽默性能够提升用户的拟人化感知和满意度,但不同驾驶经验的用户表现出一定程度的差异,高驾驶经验的用户对此更为敏感。研究三则探讨了导航语音提示的不确定性特性对用户拟人化感知和满意度的影响。实验结果表明,不确定的信息传递方式能够有效提升用户的导航语音使用感受,高驾驶经验和低驾驶经验组的被试都表现出正向的反馈。针对不同驾驶经验的被试,不确定性水平并没有表现出显著的差异性,表明该策略对所有驾驶经验用户具有通用性。

本研究对交通拥堵情境下的导航语音提示策略进行了验证和补充,为今后相关的导航语音提示拟人化设计提供了参考依据。

Based on anthropomorphic theory, this study aims to explore the voice prompt method suitable for vehicle navigation products in traffic congestion situation, so as to improve users' experience of using vehicle navigation products in traffic congestion situation.

In the early stage of proposing navigation voice prompt strategies, based on the usage situation of navigation voice prompt, combined with the three characteristics of user feedback and anthropomorphic design, this study proposed three navigation voice prompt strategies under traffic congestion situation, namely, empathy strategy, humor strategy and uncertainty strategy. Secondly, the above three strategies were evaluated experimentally by simulating realistic situations. In study 1, we explored the influence of empathy characteristics of navigation voice prompt on users' anthropomorphic perception and satisfaction. By setting up experimental groups with different levels of empathy, we found that users have an obvious bias to navigation voice prompt with high empathy. In addition, considering that users with different driving experience may have different perceptions of the same navigation voice prompt information, this study further explores the influence of driving experience as a variable, and the results show that users with low driving experience have greater perception improvement of empathic navigation voice prompt information. In the second study, the influence of humor characteristics of navigation voice prompts on users' anthropomorphic perception and satisfaction was explored. It was found that humor performance can improve users' anthropomorphic perception and satisfaction, but users with different driving experience showed a certain degree of difference, and users with high driving experience were more sensitive to it. In study 3, we explored the influence of uncertainty of navigation voice prompt on user's anthropomorphic perception and satisfaction. The experimental results show that uncertain information transfer mode can effectively improve users' experience of navigation speech use, and the subjects of high and low driving experience group all show positive feedback. In addition, for subjects with different driving experience, the level of uncertainty did not show significant differences, indicating that the strategy is universal to all users with driving experience.

This study validates and supplements navigation voice prompt strategies under traffic congestion, and provides reference for future navigation voice prompt anthropomorphic design.
