契约学习法与新一轮课程改革所倡导的自主学习、主动探究等教学方式相呼应,以培养学生在探究实践中的动手能力,给学生一个明确的目标,激发学生为完成目标而主动学习的意识,展示学生的自我能动意识为目的。契约学习法作为近些年被教育界逐渐关注的教学方法之一,已经开始在体育教学中的篮球教学进行探索运用,为篮球教学改革提供了更为丰富的手段。契约学习法给予学生明确的目标,可以有效培养学生在学习中的实践探索能力,激发学生为完成目标而主动学习的意识,展现学生的自我能动意识。 在高校体育教学改革探索的过程中,各高校教师越来越重视充分发挥学生的主体作用,并注重培养学生的创造性、主动性和能动性。因此,更好地建设高校体育教学新模式需要从多方面入手。在体育教学中,教学方法是完成教学过程、实现教学目标的基本手段,教学方法的选择必须与教学对象和教学目标相适应,这样才能达成更好的教学效果,而教学方法的改进创新就是教学改革的重要因素之一。 本文立足于目标驱动,以契约学习法为主要研究内容,以北京师范大学学生为实验对象,通过运用文献资料法、实验法、问卷调查法、访谈法以及数理统计法对契约学习法在高校篮球教学中的应用进行实证研究,初步探索和建立契约学习法在高校体育教学中的应用模式,并根据实验结果分析契约学习法在高校篮球教学中存在的优势和应用的局限,研究结论: (1)契约学习法可以有效提升学生的身体素质,实验组学生的身体素质在各个方面都有明显的提高,特别是在力量、速度、爆发力方面效果明显。 (2)契约学习法可以有效提升学生的篮球技能,实验组学生的篮球技能在各个方面都有明显的提高,特别是在投篮、运球上篮、传球、比赛方面效果明显。 (3)契约学习法可以有效提升学生的篮球学习兴趣,在教学中运用契约学习法可以使学生更加积极主动地参与到篮球课程中,学生根据自身情况制定契约目标,通过目标的实现从而提升对篮球课程的学习兴趣。 研究建议: (1)为了能将契约学习法更好的运用到教学中,教师需要对学生的身体条件、学习状况进行多方位的评估和判断。如何制定一个合理明确的契约目标、让学生积极地参与身体素质训练还需进一步完善。 (2)教师在运用契约学习法进行教学时要合理运用其它教学方法进行辅助,将契约学习与传统教学相融合,根据教学目标和具体内容科学运用,从而更好地提升教学效果。 (3)实验组学生在学习兴趣方面虽有显著性提高,但如何判断这种心理层面的改变是长期还是短期的。针对这些问题,契约学习法后续的研究应要继续深入。 |

The contractual learning method echoes the teaching methods of independent learning and active inquiry advocated by the new round of curriculum reform, with the aim of cultivating students' hands-on skills in inquiry practice, giving them a clear goal, inspiring them to take the initiative to learn in order to accomplish the goal, and demonstrating their sense of self-activity. As one of the teaching methods that have been gradually focused on by the education community in recent years, the contract learning method has begun to be explored and used in physical education basketball teaching, providing a richer means to reform basketball teaching in colleges and universities. The contract learning method gives students clear goals, which can effectively cultivate students' practical exploration ability in learning, stimulate students' consciousness of active learning to accomplish the goals, and show students' self-motivated consciousness. In the process of college physical education teaching reform exploration, teachers of colleges and universities pay more and more attention to give full play to the main role of students and focus on cultivating students' creativity, initiative and motivation. Therefore, a better construction of a new model of physical education teaching in colleges and universities needs to be started from many aspects. In physical education, teaching methods are the basic means to complete the teaching process and achieve the teaching objectives. The selection of teaching methods must be adapted to the teaching objects and teaching objectives so as to achieve better teaching effects, and the improvement and innovation of teaching methods is one of the important factors of teaching reform. Based on the goal-driven, contract learning method as the main research content, this paper takes students of Beijing Normal University as the experimental object, and conducts empirical research on the application of contract learning method in college basketball teaching by using literature, experimental method, questionnaire, interview method and mathematical statistics method, initially explores and establishes the application mode of contract learning method in college physical education teaching, and analyzes the contract according to the experimental results learning method in college basketball teaching, the advantages and limitations of its application, the study concluded that: (1) The contract learning method can significantly improve students' physical fitness, the physical quality of the students in the experimental group improved significantly in all aspects, especially in strength, speed and explosive power. (2) The contract learning method can significantly improve the basketball skills of students, students in the experimental group had significant improvement in basketball skills in all aspects, especially in shooting, dribbling to the basket, passing the ball and competition. (3) The contract learning method can significantly improve students' interest in basketball learning, the use of contract learning method in teaching can make students more actively participate in the basketball course; students set contract goals according to their own situation, through the achievement of the goal and thus enhance the interest in learning basketball course. The study recommends that: (1) In order to better apply the contractual learning approach to teaching, teachers need to assess and judge students' physical condition and learning status in multiple ways. There is a need for further improvement in how to set a reasonable and clear contractual goal and get students to actively participate in physical training. (2) Teachers should use other teaching methods to support the teaching of contractual learning method, integrate contractual learning with traditional teaching, and use it scientifically according to the teaching objectives and specific contents, so as to better improve the teaching effect. (3) Although students in the experimental group showed a significant increase in their interest in learning, it is difficult to determine whether this psychological change is long-term or short-term. In response to these problems, the follow-up study of the contract learning method should be continued in depth. |
