本文在文献综述的基础上，根据五次座谈会的结果，编制了高考英语“听说测试”问卷，并在咨询和访谈有关专家和同行的基础上进行了问卷的修改。通过分析数据得出如下结论：大多数被调查者支持“一年多次考试”的改革方向；高考英语科目进行的改革得到高度认同；单独进行高考英语科目“听力加口语”考试（听说考试）可行；对采用“人机对话”形式进行英语听说考试，理解各一；大部分被调查者认为高考英语改革能够促进英语学习，此外还有高考英语听说考试的考试方式及具体的组织形式等结果。这些都给将来的高考英语考试听说测试的改革提供了决策的依据。 给我们未来的高考英语科目改革带来的启示：高考英语“听说考试”改革的基本思路，首先是明确定位，定位决定命题方式，命题方式决定考试具体形式的选择，然后根据考点数量、系统功能、设备性能数量等等限定性边界条件，综合这些考虑确定改革方案。

This thesis is based on the literature review and the results of the five seminars to develop measurements of my questionnaires. Then,I made some modification of the questionnaires on the basis of the advice and interviews with relevant experts and counterparts. In this paper, I surveyed six groups about their views about college entrance examination in English “Listening and Speaking test” . By analyzing the data, I havd picked up following conclusions: the majority of respondents support that the reform of the “Listening and Speaking test” could conducted several times a year; the reform of the “Listening and Speaking test” have been highly recognized; It’s possible to make the reform by oneself; many respondents agree with the way of test man-machine dialogue; majority of respondents believe that the reform of college entrance examination in English would promote our English learning and so on. I hope these findings will provided the reform of the “Listening and Speaking Test” with some specific comments and suggestions.What the revelations to the future reform of college English subjects are as fellows: the basic idea of the reform in college entrance examination in English is clear positioning, positioning decision proposition, specific choice of the form of the exam, and then according to the number of test sites, the systemfunctions, equipment performance and so on, the combination of these to be considered when determining the reform program.
