2019 年共青团中央印发的《关于深入开展乡村振兴青春建功行动的意见》 指出：“青年是乡村振兴的受益者，也是重要建设者。”随着乡村振兴战略的深 入落实，越来越多的青年人选择从大城市返回县域地区，重新开始生活生产。然而，“返乡青年”曾在大城市的生活经历以及对于自身发展的要求使得他们返乡后在社会融入过程中面临重重困境。本研究旨在从“返乡青年”的现实生活出发，深入探析“返乡青年”社会融入问题及其背后的原因，从而引起社会对这一群体的理解与关注并形成合力助推“返乡青年”的社会融入进程，推动乡村振兴战略的全面实施。首先，本文对“返乡青年”现有的研究进行梳理，掌握研究现状，并对与本研究相关的概念、理论视角和研究方法进行介绍。同时，将“返乡青年”社会融入理论体系包含的维度划分为经济融入、文化接纳、行为适应、心理认同四大维度，并明确各维度的测量指标。其次，本文采用目的性抽样的方法在陕西省 P 县选取了 12 名“返乡青年”，并对其展开半结构化访谈。分析发现，“返乡青年”群体的整体融入水平不高，具体表现为经济融入过程中的客观落差、文化接纳过程中的排斥与被排斥、行为适应过程中的全面脱离以及心理认同过程中的疏离感。再次，本文基于生态系统理论视角，发现“返乡青年”产生社会融入问题的原因是由于微观系统制约、中观系统乏力、宏观系统不完善综合作用的结果。最后，本文进一步探索了社会工作专业在促进“返乡青年”社会融入进程中能够发挥的作用。微观层面，增强返乡青年动员资源、应对金融风险以及环境适应的能力，同时，帮助返乡青年提高其构建良好家庭关系、社交关系以及动员社会资源的能力，并帮助他们培育乡土认同感；中观层面，帮助返乡青年转变其家庭传统观念并获得家庭支持，同时，助力返乡青年搭建好正式和非正式的乡土社会支持网络；宏观层面，参与相关政策与配套措施的实施与完善，并积极推进乡村社会基础设施的建设与规划，同时，积极在乡村社会传播现代文明理念，助力返乡青年友好型社会的构建。

In 2019, the Communist Youth League issued an opinion on in-depth development of rural revitalization and youth meritorious service, pointing out: "Youth is the beneficiary and important builder of rural revitalization." With the in-depth implementation of the rural revitalization strategy, more and more young people choose to return from big cities to county areas to restart life and production. However, the life experience of "returning youth" in big cities and their own requirements make them face many difficulties in social integration after returning home. The purpose of this study is to deeply analyze the social integration of "returning youth" and the reasons behind it from the real life of "returning youth", so as to arouse the social understanding and concern of this group and form a joint force to promote the social integration of "returning youth" and promote the comprehensive implementation of the rural revitalization strategy. First of all, this paper sorts out the existing research status of "Homecoming Youth" and introduces the conceptual theoretical perspectives and research related to this study. At the same time, it divides the dimensions of the social integration theory system of "returning youth" into four dimensions: economic integration, cultural acceptance, behavior adaptation and psychological identity, and clarifies the measurement indicators of each dimension. Secondly, 12 "homecoming youths" were selected by judgment sampling in P County of Shaanxi Province and conducted semi-structured interviews with them It is found that the overall integration level of "returning youth" is not high, which is manifested in the objective gap of economic integration, the complete separation between exclusion and excluded behavior adaptation in cultural acceptance and the alienation in psychological identity. Thirdly,based on the ecosystem theory, this paper finds that the social integration problem of"returning youth" is the result of the comprehensive action of micro-system restriction,meso-system weakness and macro-system imperfection. Finally, this paper furtherexplores the role that social work major can play in promoting the social integration  of "returning youth". At the micro level, enhance the ability of returning youth to mobilize resources to cope with financial risks and adapt, and help returning youth improve their ability to build good family relations, social relations and mobilize social resources and help them cultivate local identity; At the meso level, help returning youth change their family concepts and family support, and help returning youth build formal and informal local social support networks; At the macro level, it participates in the improvement of relevant policies and supporting measures, actively promotes the construction and planning of rural social infrastructure, and actively spreads the concept of modern civilization in rural society to help build a friendly society for returning youth.
