随着我国城市化进程的加快，流动家庭数量日益增多，流动人口"家庭化迁移”的现象也逐渐突出，随之而来的流动儿童家庭问题引发了社会工作及各领域的持续关注。就以往研究而言，流动人口的家庭化迁移确实使家庭功能失衡，进而使家庭在家庭教育、家庭关系、儿童社会化发展等方面付出相应的代价，并由此引发了一系列问题。

本研究以浙江省杭州市M 学校的三年级、五年级16 名流动儿童为研究的主体，运用质性研究方法中的半结构式访谈及参与式观察等资料收集方法获得丰富的研究资料。本研究在借鉴MC Master 家庭功能模式理论的基础上，从儿童主体视角描绘流动儿童家庭功能的发挥现状，并进一步揭示其家庭功能失衡的具体表现。研究发现，流动儿童家庭功能的发挥以家庭结构、家庭社会经济地位、家庭物质环境等客观维度的满足与实现为主要体现。流动儿童家庭功能中出现家庭角色分工失衡、教养行为过激、教育问题解决能力不足、缺少情感性沟通等共性问题。有鉴于此，本研究从家庭抗逆力的内涵与机制出发，简单讨论流动儿童及其家庭在困境下形成的调适策略，探讨社会工作介入的可行性空间，并挖掘、动员流动儿童家庭内部及其外部系统的资源与力量，以帮助流动儿童家庭获得持续发展的动力，从而更好地满足儿童社会化发展的需求。

With the acceleration of China's urbanization process, the number of migrant families is increasing day by day, the "family migration" phenomenon is also gradually prominent, followed by the migrant children's family problems caused by social work and various fields of continuous attention. As far as the research is concerned, the familial migration does cause the imbalance of family function, and then causes the family to improve the family education and relation, children socialization development and thus causes a series of problems.

In this study, 16 migrant children from Grade 3 and Grade 5 of M School in Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province were taken as the subjects of the study. The semi-structured interview and participatory observation methods used in qualitative research were used to obtain abundant research data. Based on the theory of Mc Master's family function model, this study describes the present situation of the basic functions of migrant children's families from the perspective of the subject of children, and further reveals the specific manifestations of their imbalance in family function. The study found that the basic functions of migrant children's families are mainly reflected by the satisfaction and realization of objective dimensions such as family structure, family socioeconomic status and family material environment. There are some common problems in the family function of migrant children, such as the imbalance of division of labor in the family role, excessive parenting behavior, insufficient ability to solve educational problems, and lack of emotional communication. For this reason, this research starting from the connotation and mechanism of family art force, a simple discussion of floating children and their families formed in the dilemma of adjustment strategy, discusses the feasibility of intervention of social work, and mining, mobilize the floating children family internal and external system resources and strength, to help migrant children family get motive force of sustainable development, Thus better to meet the needs of children's social development.
