绳梯训练是一种现代体能训练方法,它可以提高训练者的灵敏素质和步法移动的速度。能有效地吸引训练者的注意力,消除因重复练习所造成的心理厌倦。灵敏素质在体能训练中处于基础地位。现如今普通大学生身体灵活性低,协调能力差成为一种较为普遍的现象,在大学公共体育课中加入绳梯训练能够提高学生的灵敏性及其他身体素质,还可以激发学生对体育运动的兴趣,因此有必要将绳梯训练引入其中。 本研究通过查阅文献,采用实验法等方法,以绳梯训练对普通大学生灵敏性及身体素质的影响作为研究对象,从绳梯训练的理论入手总结和归纳了绳梯训练的基本方法和手段,并从中选择适合大学生的方法和手段,设计了一套为期 14 周的实验干预方案。选取了五项灵敏素质指标:六角反应球、十字象限跳、反复横跨跳、4×10米折返跑、伊利诺斯跑测试及五项身体素质指标:50米跑、立定跳远、坐位体前屈、平板支撑、1分钟跳绳项目作为身体素质的测试指标;以北京师范大学30名普通大学生为实验对象,同时又选取了等量的学生作为实验的对照对象。实验前对实验组和对照组同学进行实验前测,分析结果表明两组学生之间没有差异,因此可以进行实验。然后根据实验的方案对实验组学生进行实验干预,其结果表明: 1. 采用绳梯训练的实验组男、女生在灵敏素质指标相对于实验前均具有显著性提高。 2. 采用传统灵敏素质训练的学生中,在女生十字象限跳、反复横跨跳及男生4×10米折返跑中有显著提升外,在六角反应球、伊利诺斯跑等指标中实验前后男女生进步不大。 3. 通过对比绳梯训练与传统灵敏素质实验结果,发现男生的十字象限跳、反复横跨跳以及女生的伊利诺斯跑成绩明显好于对照组。证明了绳梯训练对学生灵敏素质的提升是优于传统灵敏素质练习。 4. 采用绳梯训练的男、女生在身体素质的各项指标中:50米跑、立定跳远、1分钟跳绳三项指标有相较于实验前均具有显著性提高,而坐位体前屈及平板支撑指标实验前后差异不大。 5. 采用传统灵敏素质训练方法的学生中,男生在50米跑,男、女生在立定跳远两项指标中有显著提升,在坐位体前屈、平板支撑及1分钟跳绳指标实验前后差异不大。 6. 通过对比绳梯训练与传统灵素质训练实验结果,发现男女生在1分钟跳绳、50米跑两项指标相对于对照组有了显著提高,在其他指标中提升较小或差距不大,也能够证明采用现代绳梯训练的方法对学生身体素质的影响效果是优于传统灵敏素质练习。 实验结束后针对实验组 30 名学生发放自己编问卷《大学生绳梯训练满意度调查问卷》,问卷分为主观题和客观题两部分,回收问卷经过数据处理后得出实验组学生对绳梯训练的实验干预方案整体比较满意。 |

Rope ladder training, as a modern training method to improve the moving speed and sensitive quality of the trainer's feet, can attract the trainer's attention and eliminate the psychological boredom caused by repeated training of a single content. Agility is the foundation of physical training. Nowadays, it is a common phenomenon that ordinary college students have low flexibility and poor coordination ability. It is of positive significance to add rope ladder training to college public physical education to improve students' sensitivity and other physical qualities, and to stimulate students' interest in sports. Therefore, it is necessary to introduce rope ladder training into it. By consulting the literature and adopting the experimental research method, this study takes the influence of rope ladder training on the sensitivity and physical quality of ordinary college students as the research object, summarizes and summarizes the basic methods and means of rope ladder training from the theory of rope ladder training, and selects the methods and means suitable for College students, and designs a set of experimental intervention scheme for 14 weeks. Five sensitive quality indexes are selected: cross quadrant jump, repeated cross jump, hexagon reaction ball, Illinois test, 4 × 10 meter turn back test and five physical quality indexes: 50 meter run, standing long jump, sitting forward bend, flat support and one minute rope skipping. Beijing Normal University is selected as the test index of physical quality 30 ordinary college students were selected as the experimental objects, and at the same time, the same amount of students were selected as the experimental control objects. Before the experiment, both the experimental group and the control group were pretested respectively. The analysis found that there was no difference between the two groups of students, with homogeneity, so the experiment could be carried out. Then according to the experimental scheme, the experimental intervention was carried out on the students of the experimental group, and the results are as follows: 1. In the experimental group of rope ladder training, both male and female students have significant improvement in the sensitive quality index compared with that before the experiment. 2. Among the students who used the traditional sensitive quality training, there was a significant improvement in the female students' cross quadrant jump, cross jump repeatedly and the male students' 10 × 4 turn back running, but there was little progress in the indexes of the hexagon reaction ball and Illinois running before and after the experiment. 3. By comparing the rope ladder training with the traditional sensitive quality experiment results, it is found that boys' cross quadrant jump, cross jump and girls' Illinois running performance are significantly better than the control group. It is proved that the rope ladder training is superior to the traditional sensitive quality training in improving the students' sensitive quality. 4. Among the indexes of physical fitness of male and female students trained with rope ladder, the indexes of 50m running, standing long jump and one minute rope jump have significant improvement compared with those before the experiment, while the indexes of sitting forward bending and flat support have little difference before and after the experiment. 5. Among the students who used the traditional sensitive quality training method, the boys ran in 50m, the boys and girls improved significantly in standing long jump, and there was no significant difference before and after the experiment of sitting forward bending, flat support and one minute rope skipping. 6. By comparing the rope ladder training with the traditional spiritual quality training experiment results, it is found that the two indexes of male and female students jumping rope in one minute and female students running in 50 meters have significantly improved compared with the control group, and the improvement in other indexes is small or the gap is not big, which can also prove that the effect of modern rope ladder training method on students' physical quality is better than the traditional sensitive quality training. After the experiment, 30 students in the experimental group were given the questionnaire of satisfaction with rope ladder training. The questionnaire was divided into two parts: subjective question and objective question. After the data processing, the overall ratio of the experimental intervention program of rope ladder training in the experimental group was satisfactory.
