从羞于启齿到广泛讨论,性教育在我国受到了不同媒体的广泛关注。本研究以《人民日报》为例,以框架理论为理论基础,采用内容分析法与文本分析法,对我国主流媒体的性教育报道的特征和存在问题进行研究。

研究发现,新中国成立以来,《人民日报》性教育报道经历了五个阶段,空白期、起步期、过渡期、发展期和稳定期,报道数量总体呈现上升趋势,一定程度上意味着以《人民日报》为代表的主流媒体对于性教育的关注度不断增加;同时,发展呈现出发展呈现出“起步早”“空白期长”“发展过程‘一波三折’”的特点,其发展历程与我国的社会发展情况、经济变革和性教育研究工作相关。其次,在议题选择上,《人民日报》中以“教育现状、问题与建议”为主要内容的报道最多,以“学校活动”为主要内容的报道数量最少,同时在不同发展阶段,报道的议题选择存在差异,呈现出“对性教育本身的关注极不稳定,但对性教育立法的关注与日俱增”的特征。第三,《人民日报》对性教育的态度倾向以正面为主,没有负面报道,存在同时呈现两种倾向的平衡报道,体现了其作为主流媒体的导向性。最后,在文本分析方面,《人民日报》性教育报道存在对教育对象的群体偏向,在年龄上更关注未成年人,在性别上更关注女性,虽然能凸显这两个群体的重要性和脆弱性,但不利于全面性教育的宣传和开展;报道中还普遍存在“恐吓”式叙事逻辑,常常通过呈现负面事件和案例来表达对性教育的支持态度,可能会加强“性”与“不安全”的联系,对受众造成有偏见的暗示;此外,报道更关注性教育在我国东部地区的情况,对于中西部的关注度较低。 总体来看,《人民日报》在进行性教育报道时对不同的话题和内容存在“选择”和“强调”,在之后的报道中,《人民日报》可能会保持对性教育立法的关注,并始终对性教育呈积极态度,从而推动科学性教育的宣传与发展。 |

Sexual education has been widely concerned by different media in China. Taking People's Daily as an example, based on the frame theory, this paper uses content analysis and text analysis to study the characteristics and problems of sexual education reports of mainstream media in China.

The results show that, first of all, the development of People's Daily's sexual education reports has gone through five stages: blank period, initial period, transitional period, development period and stable period. The number of reports increasingly increases, which means that the mainstream media represented by People's Daily are paying more attention to sexual education to a certain extent; Though sex education has been reported for a long time, it has a long blank period and is not developing smoothly. Its development process is related to China's social development, economic change and sexual education research work, and the development history of sexual education report almost coincides with sexual education research work. Secondly, most of the reports focused on "education status, problems and suggestions", and the least on "school activities", and more and more attention has been paid to sexual education legislation. Third, the attitude of People's Daily towards sexual education is mainly positive, and there is no completely negative report, but there are balanced reports, reflecting its orientation as a mainstream media. Finally, the People's Daily sexual education report has a group bias towards educational objects, paying more attention to juveniles and women. Although it can highlight the importance and vulnerability of them, it is not conducive to the publicity and development of comprehensive sexual education; There is also a common narrative logic of "threat" in the reports. Negative events and cases are often presented to express the supportive attitude towards sexual education, which may strengthen the connection between "sexual" and "insecurity" and cause biased hints to the audience; In addition, the report pays more attention to the situation of sexual education in the eastern region of China, but less attention to the central and western regions. Generally speaking, People's Daily has its choice and emphasis on different topics and contents when reporting on sexual education. In future reports, "People's Daily" may pay more attention to sexual education and sexual education legislation, and always take a positive attitude towards sexual education, so as to promote the publicity and development of scientific sexual education. |
