学生发展是高校最重要的课题，而促进学生在高校中的发展涉及到诸多方面事务管理与执行。对学生事务进行专业化的管理有助于促进高校学生在德、智、体、美等方面更为全面的发展，从而实现高校人才培养和发展的使命，为社会输送优秀、全面的专业人才，发挥高校在社会发展中应起到的推动和促进作用。有鉴于专业化的学生事务管理对于达成高校专业人才培养目标的重要意义和作用，学生事务管理近年来受到越来越多的关注。由于我国高校学生数量多、学生事务管理专业从业人员少、高校侧重于学生专业学习成绩而对学生全人发展重视不足等实际情况，我国高等教育还有很大的改进和提升的空间，而在扭转现有状况、实现高校全人发展培养模式的过程中，亟需大量的学生事务管理专业人才对高校教育模式的转型和运作提供专业的支持。因此通过向欧美发达国家尤其是美国的高校学习学生事务管理专业人才培养的相关优秀经验，为我国高校学生事务管理专业人才培养模式的发展和优化提供可借鉴的经验迫在眉睫。基于以上的需求现状，本文以高校学生事务管理专业人才培养模式为研究课题，采用文献法和个案研究法，从人才培养目标、招生、课程设置、项目评估等维度，对专业排名靠前的七所美国高校的学生事务管理专业硕士人才培养模式及其特点进行梳理。在此基础上，以马里兰大学帕克分校为个案，从培养目标、招生、培养过程以及学生就业等维度，深入剖析该校学生事务管理专业硕士人才培养模式及其特点。通过案例分析等研究方法，总结出了美国高校学生事务管理专业硕士人才培养模式的一般性特点，包括其培养目标的多样化、培养过程的专业化、培养质量的严格化等，这些特点对于我国高校学生事务管理专业化发展以及相关专业人才培养均具有很好的借鉴意义。根据本文的研究并结合我国学生事务管理人才培养现状，笔者认为，我国高校学生事务管理专业人才培养模式的展开和推进应从以下几个方面着手：明确人才培养目标；完善专业人才的招生录取流程；优化专业人才培养的课程设置；注重人才培养的实践环节，增强学生实际工作能力；实行“双导师制”，使学生不但具备良好的专业理论知识和技能，同时培养更为出色的实践能力；完善评估机制，保障高校学生事务管理专业人才培养的质量。

The student development is the most important topic in colleges, its improvement involves the implementation and management of student affairs in many aspects, specialization of student affairs management can better help students have a good development in many areas such as moral, intellectual, physical, social, aesthetic and spiritual all-round way so that it can achieve the mission of colleges and students can be better out of campus and go into society to play their important roles. Given the importance and function of student affairs specialization in college cultivation, and with the growing of quantity of college students which increase the demand of professionals of student affairs management, the student affair management has gained more and more attention in recent years. Facing the actual situation in Chinese colleges and universities such as large number of college students, fewer professional student affairs staffs, focus on improving students’ academic performance and lack of attention on their all-round development, it is imminent to cultivate professional talents in the field of student affairs management and to learn advanced experience from colleges of Europe and the United States, especially from the United States colleges.Based on aforementioned situation, this article takes college student affairs master programs talents fostering pattern as subject and adopts the method of literature and case study, the author choose 7 colleges and universities from the United States which are famous, develop well and rank in the front to get their talents fostering pattern in the aspects of the training objective, admission, curriculum and project evaluation, etc. Then take University of Maryland as a case, to further analysis and elaborate the details of the professional preparation master programs of student affairs management from the dimensions mentioned above. Through the study, the paper summarized the general characteristics of American universities’ students affairs master programs talents fostering pattern, it includes the diversification of training objectives, the professionalization in the training process, strict training quality, etc. all are meaningful to our student affairs specialization development. According to the current talent development of student affairs in our country, we should take some actions to improve it such as establishing the aim of educating talents, improving the process of enrollment admission, optimizing courses setting in order to enrich teaching methods, focusing on students’ practice so that to enhance the practical work ability of students, implement double-tutors system to guide students so that improve both their academic performance and practical abilities, perfect the assessment mechanism so then optimize the cultivation quality.
