学术信息搜索通常是一个复杂、长期、反复、持续的过程,大学生在进行科研实践时往往会产生学术信息搜索挫折,阻碍其科研实践进程。因此,本研究关注大学生学术信息搜索过程中受挫后会产生哪些应对行为,探讨哪些因素造成应对行为的差异,以及不同的应对行为与应对效果之间的关系。 本研究对国内外相关文献进行了调研,结合挫折应对理论和信息行为理论,通过半结构化访谈法,访谈了30人,从学术搜索挫折应对行为、影响因素和应对效果等方面进行调查。通过内容分析法,在原始数据的基础上进行分析、编码,对理论加以补充。研究人员对访谈资料进行三级编码,对现象进行分析与提炼,最终形成理论模型。 本研究的研究发现包括:第一,构建学术信息搜索挫折应对行为分类体系,通过以情绪为中心和以问题为中心两个类型展开;第二,总结影响学术信息搜索挫折应对差异的因素,分为用户因素、任务因素和环境因素;最后,从学术信息搜索挫折应对量表构建、大学生信息素养培养、检索系统设计等角度提出了针对性的对策建议。最终提出大学生学术信息搜索挫折应对行为模型。 |

Academic information search is usually a complex, long-term, repeated and continuous process. College students often have setbacks in academic information search and hinder their scientific research practice. Therefore, this study focuses on the coping behaviors of college students who are frustrated in the process of academic information search, explores the factors that cause the differences in coping behaviors, and the relationship between different coping behaviors and coping effects. This study conducted a survey on relevant domestic and foreign literature, combined with frustration coping theory and information behavior theory, and interviewed 30 people through semi-structured interview method to investigate frustration coping behavior, influencing factors and coping effects in academic search. Through the content analysis method, on the basis of the original data analysis, coding, to supplement the theory. Researchers encode the interview data at three levels, analyze and refine the phenomenon, and finally form a theoretical model. The findings of this study include: first, to construct a classification system of frustration coping behavior in academic information search, which is carried out by two types: emotion-centered and problem-centered; Secondly, it summarizes the factors that affect the difference of coping with academic information search frustration, which can be divided into user factors, task factors and environmental factors. Finally, the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions from the aspects of the construction of academic information search frustration coping scale, the cultivation of college students' information literacy and the design of retrieval system. Finally, a behavioral model of coping with frustration in academic information search is proposed. |
