孔子学院在促进孟加拉国的汉语与中国文化传播中扮演着非常重要的作用。目前在孟加拉国建立两所孔子学院之后，越来越多的孟加拉国民众开始关注和学习汉语。尤其是“一带一路”提出以来，孟加拉国孔子学院学员人数日益增加，孔子学院各方面有了很大的变化，越来越多中资公司进入到孟加拉国的各种市场。因此，会说汉语人才的需求也越来越大，而孔子学院为了保障有足够的会说中文的人才以满足当地实际的需求而做出相应的调整。近些年孟加拉国孔子学院的发展日益繁荣，但是在发展中仍有许多问题需要解决、才能进一步发展。本论文对孟加拉国孔子学院的发展展开四个方面的研究：了解“一带一路”背景下孔子学院发展的现况及发展变化；“一带一路”与孔子学院之间的相互影响；孟加拉孔院发展中传播汉语与中国文化的作用；当地学生和教师对孔子学院的发展反馈。并分析孟加拉孔子学院发展中存在的主要问题，以及针对孔院进一步发展、提出一些针对性的建议。

在本论文研究中，笔者运用文献研究法、调查研究法、访谈法针对四方面的研究内容进行了专门探讨。最终结论是：第一，“一带一路”背景下的孟加拉国孔子学院有了明显的发展变化，发展变化主要体现在汉语教学、院校合作（与高等教育机构和科研机构的合作）、文化交流等方面。第二，“一带一路”给孔子学院带来了很多新的发展机遇，同时孔子学院也为“一带一路”做出了传播方面的工作。第三，孟加拉孔子学院的发展对于传播汉语与文化起到积极的作用，对“一带一路”推动有积极作用。第四，当地学生对孔子学院各方面的整体发展满意度很高。“一带一路”为孔院带来了很多新的发展机遇的同时，也带来很多挑战， 比如孔子学院师资有限、缺少本土教师、资金不足、缺乏针对性较强的课程、教材不完善等问题。本论文针对这些问题，提出一些思考与建议，最重要的是本论文对“一带一路”背景下孟加拉国孔子学院发展进行了多方面的考察与有针对性探析。

Confucius Institutes play an important role in promoting the spread of Chinese language and culture in Bangladesh. With the establishment of two Confucius Institutes in Bangladesh, more and more Bangladeshis are paying attention to and learning Chinese. Since the "One Belt One Road"(OBOR) was proposed, the number of Confucius Institute students in Bangladesh has been significantly increasing, and there have been great changes in all aspects of the Confucius Institute development. In recent times, there has been a significant increase in the number of Chinese  companies entering various markets in Bangladesh. As a result, the demand for Chinese-speaking talents is increasing and Confucius Institutes are adjusting to ensure that there are enough Chinese talents to meet the actual needs of the ever increasing Chinese companies in Bangladesh. It evident that the development of Confucius Institutes in Bangladesh has become more and more prosperous in recent years, but there are still many problems to be solved in the development before they can be further developed. This paper therefore focuses on the development of Confucius Institutes in Bangladesh in four aspects: understand the current situation and development of Confucius Institutes under the background of the "Belt and Road", the interaction between the One Belt One Road initiative and Confucius Institutes. It also explores the role of spreading Chinese language and Chinese culture in the development of the Confucius Institute in Bangladesh as well as the feedback of local students and teachers on the development of Confucius Institutes. In addition, the paper analyzes the main problems in the development of Confucius Institute in Bangladesh and further developments regarding Confucius Institutes in Bangladesh. The thesis also put forward some targeted suggestions for future researchers to consider.

In the study of this thesis, the author uses the literature research method, the investigation method, the interview method is devoted to the four aspects of the research content. The final conclusion is: Firstly, the "Belt and Road" background of the Confucius Institute in Bangladesh has undergone significant development and change, the development of changes mainly reflected in the Chinese language teaching, cooperative institutions (cooperation between higher education institutions and scientific research institutions), cultural exchanges and so on. Secondly, the Belt and Road has brought many new development opportunities and challenges to Confucius Institutes. Among other contributions of the Confucius Institutes have include the effective communication between the Belt and Road and the Confucius institute. Thirdly, the development of Confucius Institutes in Bangladesh has played a positive role in the dissemination of Chinese language and culture which has played a positive role in promoting the Belt and Road. Fourthly, local students are highly satisfied with the overall development of Confucius Institutes in all aspects. "Belt and Road" has brought many new development opportunities for The Confucius Institute in Bangladesh, but also brought many challenges and problems such as the limited number of Confucius Institute teachers, lack of local teachers, insufficient funds, lack of targeted courses as well as insufficient teaching materials. In view of these problems, this paper puts forward some thinking and suggestions, the most important thing is that this paper on the "Belt and Road" background of the development of Confucius Institute in Bangladesh carried out a multi-faceted investigation and targeted analysis.
