民办高等教育是中国高等教育的重要组成部分,在高等教育大众化的发展过程中发挥了极其重要的作用。在经历了近20年的快速发展后,在教育大众化和教育改革的大背景下,中国民办高等教育面临着自身发展与变革的机遇和挑战,同时给学校的组织成员——教师带来不可忽视的管理问题,特别是对教师的压力管理问题需要采取创新的方法与策略。 本文旨在探讨在民办高校发展与变革背景下,教师面临的压力以及学校对教师压力的管理问题。以北京市民办高校Z大学为研究对象,通过问卷调查的方法,并参考国内外已有问卷,探讨在民办高校发展与变革背景下的教师压力管理问题,并提出相应的对策与建议,以利于学校在发展与变革的同时,做好教师的压力管理,同时为今后的研究工作做参考。 本文运用SPSS分析统计软件,通过信效度分析、描述性分析、相关分析以及方差分析,对调查问卷相关数据进行验证。研究结论如下: 1、在学校的发展与变革中,教师的利益认知与教师工作压力呈显著负相关。 2、教师组织认同与教师变革认知呈显著正相关。 3、教师对学校的组织认同与教师工作压力呈现显著负相关,组织认同会显著影响教师的工作压力。 4、教师的部分个体特征对于教师工作压力的影响存在显著差异,主要表现在教龄、教育程度和职称上。 根据研究结论,本文指出北京民办高校Z大学在学校发展与变革中教师压力管理的现状和存在的不足,提出民办高校在学校发展与变革中要重视教师的变革认知、组织认同与教师压力的关系,并提出了针对民办高校教师压力管理的相关建议。

Private higher education is an important part of higher education in China. It has played an extremely important role in the process of the development of the popularization of higher education. For nearly 20 years of rapid development, under the background of popularization and reform, Chinese private higher education is facing opportunities and challenges in organizational change. Organizational change has brought a lot of teachers' management problems that cannot be ignored. It needs innovative methods and strategies, especially for teachers' stress management issues. The purpose of this paper is to discuss the stress management issues of teachers in private universities under the background of organizational change. Z university , one of the private universities in Beijing, has been picked out as the research object in this paper. Through the questionnaire survey method, consulting the domestic and foreign existing questionnaire, this paper investigates teacher stress management problems in private universities under the background of organizational change, and puts forward the related conclusions and suggestions as references to facilitate the teacher stress management of the private colleges, and also for the future research work. By using the SPSS statistical software, this paper takes many statistical analysis methods to get data validation, including reliability analysis, descriptive statistics, correlation analysis and variance analysis. Research conclusions are as follows: 1、 In the college organizational change, the teachers benefit cognition and work pressure has significant negative correlation. 2、 Teachers organizational identity and organizational change was significantly positively related to cognition. 3、College organizational identification shows significant negative correlation with teachers' work pressure, and organizational identification would significantly influence teachers' work pressure. 4、 Some individual characteristics of teachers show significant differences to the influence of teachers' work pressure, mainly on the teaching experience, education degree and the title. According to the research conclusion, this paper points out the present situation and the shortage of Z university, put forward that private universities should attach importance to the relationship between organizational change recognition, organizational identification and pressure in organization change. The paper also puts forward the optimization on the basis of the strategy of private college teachers stress management methods and related suggestions.
