我国越来越重视青少年校园足球的发展,明确振兴足球是一项重要任务,并出台相关政策文件支持社会力量进入校园,建立健全的综合监管体制,为学校体育活动提供指导。因此,引入优秀的青少年业余足球俱乐部资源来促进校内足球的发展变得尤为重要。本研究旨在积极响应政策要求,构建北京市青少年业余足球俱乐部准入校园的评价指标体系,从而促进北京市青少年业余足球俱乐部与中小学校园足球的合作与发展。
本研究采用文献资料法、专家访谈法,在相关研究文献资料、国内外俱乐部标准、政策文件和专家访谈的基础上,初步建立指标池。采用德尔菲法和层次分析法,向专家征求意见,确定指标和权重,建立了评价指标体系。
具体的研究结果如下:最终构建了由7个一级指标(A师资力量、B资质条件、C赛事活动、D课程安排、E学员教育、F服务标准、G规范管理)和19个二级指标(A1教练员的数量、A2专职教练员所占比例、A3拥有中国足协D级及以上证书教练员所占比例、A4拥有其他足球教学相关职业证书教练员所占比例、A5教学从业经验达四年教练员所占比例、A6教练员专职培训频次、A7教练员职业道德教育培训频次、B1经营资质及许可手续完备、B2设施(地)符合相关安全卫生、环保、质检、消防等标准要求、C1自主举办或参加足球赛事活动的次数、C2参加足球赛事活动的学员比例、D1具有科学完整的课程体系、课程内容及必要的防止运动伤害的措施、D2课程设计符合足球项目特点及学员身心发展阶段特征、E1俱乐部对学员学习成绩的态度、E2俱乐部对学员的德育情况、F1提供适当数量的足球装备器材及护具、F2具有协助校方组织足球训练活动或比赛的能力、G1具备服务制度,包括收费标准、学员档案、教学规划、教学大纲等、G2具备人事制度,包括执教人员培训、行为规范等)所组成的青少年业余足球俱乐部准入校园评价指标体系,以助力学校遴选出优秀的青少年业余足球俱乐部。同时为足球俱乐部的发展明确方向,提供一些建议:
(1)良好的师资力量是俱乐部进校园的关键指标,需要重视教练员职业证书、教学经验、专职培训、教练员数量等方面,并引入优秀专业教练员,才能提高足球教学水平,帮助校园足球发展。
(2)青少年业余足球俱乐部需满足设施、安全、环保、经营资质、注册等方面要求,获得认可,为学校和家长提供保障。
(3)参与青少年足球体育赛事可以促进俱乐部的高质量发展,俱乐部应增强赛事组织能力和活力,满足青少年的足球运动需求,提高其技能水平。
(4)科学合理的课程安排是青少年业余足球俱乐部传授足球技能的基础,应该将理论和实践相结合,设计适当的技能教学内容和方法,注意身心发展和预防伤害,以促进俱乐部的发展。
(5)青少年业余足球俱乐部应当注重学员的综合素质,重视学员的文化课学习,调动学生的学习兴趣和求知欲,促进学生全面发展。
(6)应重视青少年业余足球俱乐部的服务建设,增强协助校方开展足球训练或比赛的能力,提高学生足球水平,为培养足球人才做出贡献。
(7)俱乐部要强化组织管理能力,建立完善的体制和流程,加强与校方及社会各界的沟通和合作,推动校园足球发展。

外文摘要:

Study on the campus access evaluation index of Beijing Youth Amateur Football Club abstract More and more attention to the development of youth campus football, clear the revitalization of football is an important task, and a relevant policy documents to support social forces into the campus, provide guidance for school sports activities, and need to establish a sound comprehensive supervision system, therefore, the introduction of excellent youth amateur football club resources to promote the development of campus football is particularly important. The purpose of this study is to actively respond to the policy requirements and construct the evaluation index system of Beijing youth amateur football clubs access to campus, so as to promote the cooperation and development of Beijing youth amateur football clubs and primary and secondary school football.
 This study adopts the literature data method and the expert interview method, and preliminarily established the index pool on the basis of relevant research literature, domestic and foreign club standards, policy documents and expert interviews. The Delphi method and hierarchical analysis method are adopted to solicit opinions from experts, determine the indicators and weights, and then the evaluation index system is established. 
Specific research results are as follows: finally constructed by seven primary indicators (A teachers, B qualifications, C activities, D, E students education, F service standard, G standard management) and 19 secondary indicators, To help the school to select excellent youth amateur football clubs. At the same time, provide a clear direction for football club development and provide some suggestions: 
(1)Good teachers are the key indicators for the club to enter the campus. We need to pay attention to the professional certificate of coaches, teaching experience, full-time training, the number of coaches, and introduce excellent professional coaches, so as to improve the teaching level of football, and help the development of campus football. 
(2)Youth amateur football clubs shall meet the requirements of facilities, safety, environmental protection, business qualification, registration and other aspects, obtain recognition, and provide guarantee for schools and parents.  
(3)Participating in youth football sports events can promote the high-quality development of clubs. Clubs should enhance the organizational ability and vitality of the events, meet the needs of teenagers in football, and improve their skills. 
(4)Scientific and reasonable curriculum arrangement is the basis for youth amateur football clubs to teach football skills. They should combine theory with practice, design appropriate skills teaching methods and content, pay attention to physical and mental development and injury prevention, so as to promote the development of the club. 
(5)Youth amateur football clubs should pay attention to the comprehensive quality of students, attach importance to the cultural courses of students, mobilize students 'interest in learning and thirst for knowledge, and promote students' all-round development. 
(6)Attention should be paid to the service construction of youth amateur football clubs, enhance the ability to assist the school to carry out football training or competition, improve the students' football level, and contribute to the cultivation of football talents. 
(7)The club should strengthen the organization and management ability, establish a perfect system and process, strengthen the communication and cooperation with the school and all sectors of society, and promote the development of campus football.
