党的十八大报告指出:立德树人是教育的根本任务,要增智更要育德。初中思想品德教师承担着对中学生进行道德教育的责任,思想品德教师的权力性格影响着道德教育的成效。思想品德教师具有两种权力性格:规训的权力性格和教化的权力性格,在教育的实际中,规训的权力性格是主导,教化的权力性格则是缺失的,只是一种应然的存在。规训的权力性格是由现代性教育所决定的,国家权力、知识权力、纪律/惩罚、考试/评价制度都在强化这种权力性格,排斥教化的权力性格。因而,思想品德教师权力性格的内涵实质就是在规训的权力性格下对教化的权力性格的追求,通过对缺失的教化权力的追求实现对规训权力的制衡,达到教化与规训的平衡。本文共分为三个部分。第一部分是前言,交代了研究的背景和缘起,对相关的研究和概念进行了概述。第二部分是正文的主要内容,共分为三章:第一章,教师权力性格的内涵,从普遍的意义上来研究教师权力性格的来源和组成,对现代教师的权力性格的特征进行了分析;第二章,初中思想品德教师的权力性格,从国家权力、纪律与惩罚、考试与评价三个方面分析了思想品德教育中的权力关系对思想品德教师权力性格的塑造;第三章,初中思想品德教师权力性格的价值追求,从对自由的追求、对教化与爱的追求来论证思想品德教师权力性格的价值追求应是在教化与规训之间,实现教化与规训在对抗中走向和谐。第三部分是结语,对论文的价值和目的做了简单地总结。

The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China points out: morality education is the fundamental task of education, to increase the chi to moral education.Junior Ideological and moral teachers bear the responsibility of moral education for middle school students, ideological and moral power of teachers’ personality affects the effectiveness of moral education. Ideological and moral teacher has two kinds of power: the power of character discipline character and Enlightenment power character, in the educational practice, discipline character is the dominant power, enlightenment power character is missing, just a kind of natural existence. The disciplinary power characteristics are determined by the modern education, the state power, knowledge power, punishment, disciplinary / examination / assessment system in strengthening this power character, rejection of enlightenment power of character. Therefore, the essence and connotation of the ideological and moral teacher power character is in the disciplinary power of enlightenment power of pursuit, through to the deletion of enlightenment power of pursuit to achieve balance of disciplinary power, achieve the balance of discipline and enlightenment.This paper is divided into three parts. The first part is the introduction, explains the research background and origin, to the study and related concepts are outlined. The second part is the main content of the text, is divided into three chapters: the first chapter, the connotation of teachers' power of personality, from the general meaning of the source and composition of up research on teacher power character, characteristics of modern power of teachers personality are analyzed; the second chapter, the middle moral power of teachers personality, from three aspects of state power, discipline and punishment, examination and evaluation and analysis of the power relationship in Ideological and moral education of the shape of the ideological and moral teacher authority personality; the third chapter, Junior Ideological and moral teachers power character of the pursuit of value, from the pursuit of self, by the pursuit of enlightenment and the ideological and moral teacher loves to demonstrate the power of character the pursuit of value should be between education and discipline, realize the education and discipline in the resistance to harmony. The third part is the conclusion of the thesis, the significance and purpose to do a brief summary.
