随着社会的进步,网购的风靡,越来越多的消费者选择在线购物。网络市场正逐渐成为消费者购物时的第一选择,因此在线消费者的网购习惯是十分值得探讨的。研究显示,高达80%的消费者都在购物过程中发生过冲动性购买,在当今网络购物平台盛行的局面下,研究在线消费者的冲动性购买行为具有时效性和现实意义。
本文以在线购物为背景,研究不同性别以及不同商品类型对在线冲动性购买行为的交互影响。通过采用前人的成熟量表,设计了两版问卷,共回收到132份有效数据。再利用SPSS 24.0进行方差分析和假设检验。最后得出结论为:性别及商品类型对在线冲动性购买行为的交互影响显著。就商品而言,女性和男性消费者都更倾向于对搜索品发生冲动性购买行为;就性别而言,女性对经验品的冲动性购买行为多于男性,而男性对搜索品的冲动性购买行为多于女性。

With the progress of society, popularity of online shopping, more and more consumers choose to shop online. The Internet market is gradually becoming the first choice when consumers are shopping, so the habits of consumer in online shopping is worthy of discussion. Research shows that up to 80% of consumers in the shopping process had impulsive purchase. Considered the popularity of today's online shopping platform, the study of online consumer impulsive buying behavior has timeliness and practical significance.
In this paper, taking online shopping as the background to study the interaction between different gender and different types of goods on the online impulse buying behavior. By using the mature scale, the author designed two versions of the questionnaire, a total of 132 valid data collected. And then used SPSS 24.0 for variance analysis and hypothesis testing. Finally, it is concluded that gender and commodity types have a significant effect on online impulsive buying behavior. In terms of merchandise, both female and male are more likely to have impulsive buying behavior for search products; in terms of gender, women have more impulsive buying behavior for experience products than men, while men are impulsive to buy search products more than women.
