随着晋陕蒙地区煤炭资源的不断开发,该区经济得到极大的发展,生产建设项目的数量和面积逐年增加,土地利用与过去几十年相比变化很大。过去的土地利用信息已不能反映巨变之后的土地利用现状。因此,现在的土地利用类型有哪些、土地利用的结构如何、土地利用变化对环境的影响有多大,是晋陕蒙地区土地利用研究的重要内容,也是当前需要解决的问题。本文以鄂尔多斯市东胜区为研究区,通过遥感解译与实地调查相结合,获得东胜区土地利用、生产建设项目的类型和占地面积结构,然后运用修订的通用土壤流失方程(RUSLE),对东胜区不同的土地利用和生产建设项目的土壤侵蚀强度、面积和空间分布进行了评价;采用扰动类型土壤侵蚀面积评判方法,对东胜区不同生产建设项目类型的土壤侵蚀面积和空间分布进行了评价。研究结果为跟踪晋陕蒙生产建设项目集中区土地利用的动态变化,监测生产建设项目水土流失,制定合理的土地利用规划和水土保持规划提供理论依据。主要结论如下:1)东胜区土地总面积为252649.00 hm2,土地利用类型面积大小依次为:草地(41.93%)>林地(28.35%)>居民点及工矿交通用地(17.04%)>耕地(8.33%)>其它土地(2.32%)>水域(2.03%)。2)东胜区有12类生产建设项目,总占地面积为33993.2 hm2,占东胜区土地总面积的13.45%。12类项目占地面积大小依次为:城建项目(55.00%)>露天煤矿(24.07%)>加工制造(7.26%)>公路(5.40%)>社会事业(3.70%)>井采煤矿(1.40%)>铁路(0.98%)>火电(0.69%)>油气管道(0.58%)>农林开发(0.48%)>其它类型(0.35%)>输变电(0.08%)。3)在生产建设项目占地中,主体工程占地面积为19055.43 hm2,占生产建设项目占地面积的56.06%;取弃土占地面积为11757.31 hm2,占34.59%,其他类型占地面积为3180.43 hm2,占到9.36%。4)县域土地利用的土壤侵蚀面积为94663.03 hm2,占东胜区土地面积的37.47%。土壤侵蚀模数为31.91 t/hm2•a,土壤侵蚀量为302.03万t/a。不同侵蚀强度的面积大小为:轻度侵蚀(74.68%)>中度侵蚀(15.96%)>强烈侵蚀(7.78%)>极强烈侵蚀(1.53%)>剧烈侵蚀(0.05%)。5)生产建设项目土壤侵蚀面积为25891.42 hm2,占生产建设项目占地面积的76.17%。生产建设项目的土壤侵蚀模数为239.35 t/hm2•a,土壤侵蚀量为619.72万t /a。不同侵蚀强度的面积大小为:剧烈侵蚀(46.02%)>中度侵蚀(15.03%)>轻度侵蚀(14.64%)>强烈侵蚀(12.94%)>极强烈侵蚀(11.37%)。6)主体工程的土壤侵蚀面积为10802.37 hm2,占生产建设项目土壤侵蚀面积的42.25%;取弃土的土壤侵蚀面积为11757.31 hm2,占生产建设项目土壤侵蚀面积的46.00%;其他类型的土壤侵蚀面积为3005.12 hm2,占生产建设项目土壤侵蚀面积的11.75%。

With the continuously development of coal resource in Jin-Shan-Meng areas, the economy in this region has developed greatly, the number and area of production and construction projects are increasing year after year, land use in these areas has changed a lot compared to the last ten years. Old information of land use can not reflect present situation after land use changed greatly. Therefore, to know the types and structure of land use, and how big is the influence of land use change on environment right now, are important contents in land use research in Jin-Shan-Meng areas, and are also problems needed be solved currently.This paper makes a case study in Dongsheng district of Erdos city, by field survey and interpreting remote sensing image, obtain the types and area structure of land use and production and construction projects. Then, using RUSLE model evaluate the soil erosion intensity, area and spatial distribution of county-scale land use and production and construction projects; using disturbance type soil erosion area evaluating method, evaluate the soil erosion intensity, area and spatial distribution of production and construction projects. The results aim to provide theoretical basis for those purposes: tracing the dynamic changes of land use in Dongsheng district, monitoring soil loss in production and construction projects area, making reasonable planning for land use and soil and water conservation. The main conclusions are as follows:1) The total land use area of Dongsheng district is 252649.00 hectares, the descending oder of area rank for land use is: grassland (41.93%), woodland (28.35%), urban, rura, industrial and mining, transportation land (17.07%), arable land (8.33%), other land (2.32%), waters (2.03%). 2) Dongsheng district has twelve kinds of production and construction projects, with a total area of 33993.2 hectares, accounting for 13.45 percent of the total land area.The descending oder of area rank for different projects is: urban construction (55.00%), open cast coal mining (24.07%), processing and manufacturing (7.26%), road construction (5.40%), social program (3.70%), underground coal mining (1.40%), railway construction (0.98%), thermal power development (0.69%), oil and gas pipleline construction (0.58%), agricultural and forestal development (0.48%), the other types (0.35%), power transmission and transformation (0.08%). 3) In the occupied area of production and construction projects, the area of main constructions is 19055.43 hectares, accounting for 56.06 percent of the occupied area; the area of borrow and spoil materials is 11757.31 hectares, accounting for 34.59 percent; the area of other disturbed land is 3180.43 hectares, accounting for 9.36 percent.4) The soil erosion area of county-scale land use is 94663.03 hectares, accounting for 37.47 percent of the total land area. The soil erosion modulus of county-scale land use is 31.91 ton per hectare per year, the soil erosion amount is 302.03 thousand ton per year. The descending oder of area rank of soil erosion intensity is: light erosion (74.68%), moderate erosion (15.96%), intensive erosion (7.78%), strong erosion (1.53%), sever erosion (0.05%). 5) The soil erosion area of production and construction projects is 25891.42 hectares, accounting for 76.17 percent of the production and construction projects occupied area. The soil erosion modulus is 239.35 ton per hectare per year, the soil erosion amount is 619.72 thousand ton per year. The descending oder of area rank of soil erosion intensity is: sever erosion (46.02%), moderate erosion (15.03%), light erosion (14.64%), intensive erosion (12.94%), strong erosion (11.37%). 6) The soil erosion area of the main constructions is 10802.37 hectares, accounting for 42.25 percent of the production and construction projects occupied area; The soil erosion area of borrow and spoil materials is 11757.31 hectares, accounting for 46.00 percent; The soil erosion area of other disturbed land is 3005.12 hectares, accounting for 11.75 percent.
