青少年是国家和民族的希望,是党和国家未来事业发展的中坚力量,是每个家庭的期盼所在。青少年的思想品德状况不仅关系到个人的成长发展,更关系到未来社会的和谐稳定,需要得到广泛关注和重视。党的十八大以来,党和国家高度重视青少年思想品德建设工作,出台了多项举措,推动青少年思想品德状况健康发展。家庭是每个人成长的摇篮,是每个人接受教育的“第一课堂”,良好的家庭德育环境是个体思想品德健康发展的重要保障。当前,广大农村地区经济社会发展取得了良好成效,青少年的物质生活水平得到了大幅提高,但整体思想品德状况还存在不少问题,其成长所处的家庭德育环境还有待完善,家庭德育效果还有待提高。

本文以“优化农村家庭德育环境”为研究主题,围绕农村家庭德育环境相关概念、农村家庭德育环境优化的现状分析、农村家庭德育环境优化的影响因素、农村家庭德育环境的优化措施四个方面展开研究。首先,厘清本文研究的范围——农村家庭,论述了农村家庭的内涵和演变,立足本文的核心概念——家庭德育,对德育的内涵、家庭德育的内涵、家庭德育的对象以及家庭德育环境的定义、构成要素、特点也进行了相关论述。其次,从我国农村社会发展的实际情况出发,分析了当前农村家庭德育环境优化的现实状况,主要表现为农村家庭结构发生明显变化、农村青少年成长过程出现多种问题、农村家庭德育活动开展出现偏差三个方面。再次,从家庭德育环境的内部、外部两方面分析影响农村家庭德育环境优化的具体因素,内部因素主要是家长自身素质、家庭人际关系、家庭物质环境;外部因素主要是农村乡风文明状况、互联网环境影响、学校教育和家庭教育协调性不足。最后,基于对影响因素的分析,针对内部环境的建设,提出提高家长素质、构建良好家庭关系、重视家风家教建设、采取科学德育方法的措施;针对外部条件的改善,提出提高农村社会经济发展水平、推进乡风文明建设、加强网络空间道德建设、重视农村学校德育建设的措施,力图推动社会、学校、家庭三者协同合作、共同发力,为农村青少年思想品德的健康发展提供全方位的保障,推动农村社会和谐稳定发展。

Teenagers are the hope of the country and the nation, the backbone of the future career development of the Party and the country, and the expectation of every family. The ideological and moral status of teenagers is not only related to personal growth and development, but also to the harmony and stability of the future society, which needs wide attention. Since the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China, the Party and the government have attached great importance to the ideological and moral construction of teenagers, and have taken many measures to promote the healthy development of teenagers' ideological and moral status. Family is the cradle of everyone's growth and the "first class" for everyone to receive education. A good family moral education environment is an important guarantee for the healthy development of individual ideology and morality. At present, the economic and social development in rural areas has achieved good results, and the material living standard of teenagers has been greatly improved. However, there are still many problems in the overall ideological and moral situation. The family moral education environment in which they grow up needs to be improved, and the effect of family moral education needs to be improved.

With "optimizing the moral education environment in rural families" as the research topic, this article conducts a study from four aspects: related concepts of moral education environment in rural families, current status analysis of the optimization of moral education environment in rural families, influencing factors of the optimization of moral education environment in rural families, and optimization measures for moral education environment in rural families. Firstly, it clarifies the scope of this study - rural families, discusses the connotation and evolution of rural families, and based on the core concept of this article - family moral education, it also discusses the connotation of moral education, the connotation of family moral education, the objects of family moral education, and the definition, constituent elements, and characteristics of the family moral education environment. Secondly, starting from the actual situation of China's rural social development, it analyzes the current status of optimizing the moral education environment in rural families, which is mainly manifested in three aspects: significant changes in rural family structure, various problems in the growth process of rural youth, and deviations in the implementation of moral education activities in rural families. Thirdly, it analyzes the specific factors that affect the optimization of the moral education environment in rural families from both internal and external aspects of the family moral education environment. The internal factors mainly include parents' own qualities, family interpersonal relationships, and family material environment; while the external factors mainly include the rural folk customs and civilization, the influence of the internet environment, and the lack of coordination between school education and family education. Finally, based on the analysis of influencing factors, for the construction of the internal environment, measures are proposed to improve parents' qualities, build good family relationships, attach importance to family style and family education, and adopt scientific moral education methods. For the improvement of external conditions, measures are proposed to enhance the level of rural social and economic development, promote the construction of rural folk customs and civilization, strengthen the moral construction of cyberspace, and attach importance to the moral education construction in rural schools. The aim is to promote the collaborative cooperation of society, schools, and families, and provide comprehensive safeguards for the healthy development of rural youth's ideological and moral character, thereby promoting the harmonious and stable development of rural society.
