本研究借鉴毕业生就业相关研究的成果，对从中国留学毕业回国的 38 名 汉语作为第二语言的尼泊尔学生的目前职业现状进行了调研。结果发现，第一， 汉语二语尼泊尔留学毕业生通过在华汉语学习，掌握了相关知识和技能，这对 他们后来的就业和职业发展都产生了有利影响，其中，专业学习和汉语相关知 识水平的掌握对其就业和未来的职业发展方向都具有重要的影响作用。第二， 同时也应该注意到，他们在就业过程中也对某些方面表示担心，其中，相关工 作经验的欠缺、汉语听说读写水平的不足等方面的问题，也都成为其就业过程 中的障碍。针对汉语二语尼泊尔留学毕业生的就业现状及其存在的问题，本文 也提出了针对汉语二语尼泊尔留学生的相应解决方案：尼泊尔来华留学生在 进行职业规划的过程中，应该较早树立明确的职业发展目标，做好科学的职业 生涯规划方案，通过实习积攒工作经验，并且要密切关注商贸、旅游等行业和 政策信息。 

This study draws on the results of employment-related research on graduates in China and broad, investigated the career status of 38 Chinese as a second language Nepalese students who returned from China after graduate. The results found that firstly, the graduates studying Chinese as a second language in Nepal have acquired relevant knowledge and skills through studying Chinese in China, which has a beneficial impact on their subsequent employment and career development. Among them, professional studying and the mastery of Chinese-related knowledge have an important effect on their employment and future career development. Second, it should also be noted that they are worried about certain aspects in the process of employment, lack of relevant work experience, insufficient Chinese listening, speaking, reading, and writing skills have also become obstacles in their employment process. In view of the current employment situation and existing problems of Chinese as a second language Nepalese graduates, this article also proposes a corresponding solution for them: Nepalese students studying in China should clarify their career development goals early, plan their careers well in advance, accumulate work experience through internships, and pay close attention to industry and policy information such as business and tourism.
