随着社会的不断进步和发展,关于院舍儿童的福利政策体系日趋完善。这提供了他们成长所需的经济支持和物质条件,但忽略了院舍儿童面临困境时心理层面的需求。院舍儿童作为社会特殊弱势群体,因监护人无法履行抚养义务和监护职责,长期脱离原生家庭,缺失父母关爱,其心理状况更加脆弱,抗逆力水平较低,难以应对成长过程面临的诸多困难和挑战。为提升院舍儿童的社会融入能力,其抗逆力问题亟需解决。 本文基于叙事治疗理论框架,以W县儿童福利院的院舍儿童为研究对象,运用参与式观察法和访谈法收集资料,探讨院舍儿童抗逆力低的表现。调查发现院舍儿童抗逆力问题在心理层面表现为内心自卑敏感,自我评价较低;行为层面表现为缺少家长指引,行为出现偏差;人际交往层面表现为缺乏社交技能,人际关系疏远。基于此,设计小组方案并开展8次小组活动,改善院舍儿童抗逆力存在的问题,提升其抗逆力水平。 从过程评估和结果评估来看,院舍儿童心理、行为和人际交往方面的问题均得到改善,抗逆力水平有所提升。研究得出:第一,院舍儿童的抗逆力在心理、行为和人际三方面存在问题;第二,小组工作能有效提高院舍儿童抗逆力水平;第三,叙事疗法能有效提升院舍儿童抗逆力水平。根据研究结论对社会工作者的专业性以及民族地区的敏感性进行了反思 |

With the continuous progress and development of the society, the welfare policy system for children in residential homes is becoming more and more perfect. This provides the financial support and material conditions they need to grow, but ignores the psychological aspects of the difficult situations faced by children in residential care. As a special vulnerable group in the society, children in residential institutions are more vulnerable in psychological condition and less able to cope with difficulties and challenges in the process of growing up due to their guardians' inability to fulfill their rearing obligations and guardianship duties, long-term separation from their family of origin and lack of parental care. In order to enhance the social integration ability of children in residential care, the problem of their resilience needs to be addressed. Based on the theoretical framework of narrative therapy, this paper takes the children in W County Children's Welfare Home as the research object, and uses the method of participatory observation and interview to collect data and explore the performance of the children in the home with low stress resistance. The investigation found that the stress resistance of children in the institutions was manifested as inferiority sensitivity and low self-evaluation at psychological level. At the behavioral level, there is a lack of parental guidance and deviation in behavior. At the interpersonal level, the lack of social skills and the alienation of interpersonal relationships are reflected. Based on this, the group plan was designed and 8 group activities were carried out to improve the problems existing in the resilience of children in residential homes and enhance their resilience level. From the process evaluation and outcome evaluation, the psychological, behavioral and interpersonal problems of the children in the home were improved, and the level of resilience was improved. The results show that: First, there are psychological, behavioral and interpersonal problems in the resilience of children in institutions; Second, group work can effectively improve the level of children's resilience; Third, narrative therapy can effectively improve the level of stress resistance of children in institutions. Based on the conclusion of the study, the professional nature of social workers and the sensitivity of ethnic areas are reconsidered. |
