近些年，中国国有企业在交学费的同时，也陆续开展企业社会责任相关研究，诸如如何更好的履行社会责任，如何融入东道国社会，树立企业正面形象；如何更好地为消费者、社区、社会组织和政府所接受。能否正确和有效地应对挑战，与中国国有企业跨国经营的成败紧密关联。本文将通过文献、案例法等研究方法，对中国国有企业海外履行社会责任路径进行分析，梳理企业社会责任的国际标准，研究中国国有企业海外履行社会责任的现状、被人诟病的问题，合作路径的局限，提出借助社会组织海外履行企业社会责任，通过案例阐述其可行性，并创新性提出如何筛选社会组织的方案，以期对中国国有企业海外经营有所裨益。

In recently, China's state-owned enterprises carried out the relevant research and to learn better performance of social responsibility, how to integrate into local culture and establish a positive image, how to gain acceptance in consumers,social organizations and government agencies.Through the methods of literature and case study, this paper analyzes the path of CSOE to fulfill their social responsibilities abroad,carding the international standards of corporate social responsibility. To study the challenges and to propose t by social organization overseas.I?worked?out?a?plan that social organization could fulfill the social responsibility for CSOE.
