现代教育语境呼唤“教师主导,学生主体”,然而笔者在实际教学中却发现:伴随着现代教育理念的拓展和深化,教师权威正在不断消解,并日渐成为一个不容回避的问题,尤以中学政治老师教师权威为典型。本文意在以中学政治教师权威为分析对象,较为全面系统地探讨政治教师权威的来源、存在的合法性及必要性,进而分析政治教师权威流失的原因,并在笔者力所能及的范围内对这一问题——重塑政治教师权威提出可能的解答。 本论文缘起于笔者亲历一线教育的实际经验,即政治教师权威的逐渐丧失及教师权威的流失带来了学生难管理、教学目标难以实现等一系列的问题。本文取证一手的谈话调查资料,具有较强的针对性。本文在分析目前学界对于权威以及教师权威来源的理论后(以马克思•韦伯和L•罗伯特和L•克里弗顿的理论为基础),提出笔者认为的中学政治教师权威来源:学科本身、教师自身以及社会文化。并进一步分析中学政治教师权威现状,基于学科的独特性,以及中学政治教师权威的普遍消解,权威的塑造越来越需要另辟蹊径。权威的流失需追溯其背后的原因,本文就中学政治教师权威流失的原因进行了个人主义、怀疑主义以及个人认同、社会认同等方面的分析,即现代社会凸显个体能动性时无形中消解了权威的指导意义。怀疑主义使真理模糊,使问题悬搁,难以营造权威生长的环境。而基于中学政治教师的特殊性,教师个体及社会对于中学政治教师这一角色给予的认同也处于缺位状态。虽然强调师生平等已成为现代教育的主流语境,但中学政治教师权威存在的必要性仍然是无可质疑的。重塑中学政治教师权威成为本文落脚点,笔者从从社会和教师自身两个维度出发,探讨重塑尊师重教之道。在社会维度上,需要提高教师地位,提高教师工资待遇,倡导平等的师生关系等;在个人维度,教师需要转变自身角色,努力提升自身职业道德和专业知识素养。

The educational context regards students as the core and teachers as directors, however,I gradually find it a fact which cannot be ignored that teachers’ authority is being dispelled, especially that of the political teachers’ in middle school. This paper means to study the forming, sourcing and the validity of the political teachers’ authority based on its current situation,and step more to find the reason of authority dispelling. Besides, this paper aims at putting up possible and related solutions to reforming the authority of political teachers. This paper results from the author’s practical experiences that teachers’ authority is changing all the time, which brings series of problems, such as the difficulties in students’ management , achieving the teaching goal, and so on. This paper contains conversation informations ,investigation data,which makes this paper be strongly targeted.Based on the analysis of the existing academic reseach of authority and the source of it (especially Marx Web and L Robert and L Cliff Don's theory), the author thinks that the sources of authority are the discipline itself, teachers and social culture. Then analyzes the situation of teacher’s authority( politics teachers of middle school) which comes from the subject itself is in the continuous loss ,shaping the authority, needs to find another way. The reason of the dispelling of authority should be traced deeply. This paper tries to find the answers in these aspects: individualism, skepticism and personal identity, social identity. Namely modern society highlights the individual initiative which virtually dispells the guidance of authority, skepticism makes truth fuzzy ,questions resolved, thus it is difficult to build the possible environment which authority needs to grow. Because of the particularity of teachers of politics in middle school, teachers individual and society have not give enough recognisions to teachers of politics. Although emphasising equality between teachers and students has become the mainstreaming of modern education, the necessity of existence of teacher authority is unquestioned, reshaping the political teacher’s authority should be the goal of this paper, the paper comes back to the reconstruction of teachers’ authority in two dimensions:the society and teachers .The social dimension refers to improving teachers’ status and teachers’ income. The personal dimension refers to teachers changing their own role and enhancing the professional ethics and professional knowledge attainment.
