本文通过文献分析和理论探讨阐述了大学生可就业能力的概念,并在此基础上通过对成功就业的大学生进行行为事件访谈,最终得出大学生可就业能力结构的六个组成部分(思考理解能力、应用执行能力、分工合作能力、情绪调控能力、心理适应能力、自我发展能力)以及典型行为。通过得出的大学生可就业能力结构,对大学生自身发展方向以及高校培养方向给出建议。

Through the analysis of literature, and expounds the theoretical study of college students can obtain employment ability, and on the basis of successful employment by college students act, and finally event interview students can obtain employment ability structure of six parts (thinking ability, application ability to execute, division and cooperation ability, emotional control ability and psychological adaptability, self-development capabilities) and typical behavior. The students can be obtained through the employment structure for college students, and its development direction and university training direction give advice.
