企业组织结构变革一直以来都是企业在管理过程中的一个重要的议题,也是企业在管理实践过程中的一个重要的实践科目。每个企业都面临着复杂多变的社会和经济环境,同时每个企业又都拥有一个独特的组织结构方式。因而要想能够适应不断变化的外部环境,在激烈的竞争环境中能够生存和发展,就得有自己相应的发展战略,也必须相应的提高自己组织结构的灵活性和适应能力,不断的进行组织结构的变革。因此伴随着市场和经济环境的变化,组织结构也总是会处在一个不断创新、调整的过程中,企业的组织结构变革已经成为企业发展过程中的重要因素。本文以CTC公司的组织结构变革为实例,针对公司的市场拓展及市场战略调整过程中,引起的组织结构的变革状况。依据影响组织结构变革的相关因素理论,全面的对CTC公司在市场拓展过程中的经济环境因素、市场战略因素进行了分析,并期望能从CTC公司的组织结构变革过程及效果研究中总结出一些中小企业组织结构变革的经验,以期能够对CTC公司乃至当下的中小企业的组织结构变革提供一些经验的借鉴和参考依据。本文总共分为五个部分,第一部分为绪论部分。主要针对本论文的研究背景、意义、以及论文的研究内容、研究思路和研究方法做了简单介绍;第二部分公司及行业介绍。在本部分主要对CTC公司的公司概况、发展历程及视听率调查行业的竞争状况进行了介绍。第三部分为CTC公司的组织结构变革过程概述。主要是对CTC公司在市场拓展期过程中的各个不同阶段的状况及当时的组织结构变革过程和内容进行了阐述。第四部分为CTC公司组织变革因素分析。主要就环境、战略、企业规模及企业生命周期以及客户导向等因素对CTC公司组织结构的变革影响进行了阐述。第五部分为变革展望及结论。主要是对变革的未来展望和结论进行了总结。

Change of organizational structural is the enterprise in the management process is an important issue, but also business process management practices in an important practical subjects. Every business is facing complex social and economic environment, and each has a unique corporate and organizational structure way. Thus in order to be able to adapt to the changing external environment, in a competitive environment to survive and development, you have to respective development strategies must also be a corresponding increase in the flexibility and adaptability of its own organizational structure, continued to organize changes in structure. Therefore accompanied by changes in market and economic environment, the organizational structure will always be in a constant innovation, the adjustment process, changes in corporate structure has become an important factor in the development process. In this paper, CTC company's organizational structure change as an example, expansion and marketing strategy adjustment process, caused by changes in the organizational structure of the situation for the company's market. Based on relevant factors affecting organizational structure theory of change, full of CTC in the market during the economic expansion of environmental factors, market strategy factors are analyzed and expect from the process and effects of changes in the organizational structure of the company's research CTC summarize some experience changes in the organizational structure of SMEs in order to be able to provide some experience to change the organizational structure of the company as well as the current CTC SME reference. This paper is divided into five parts, the first part is an introduction section. The main research background, significance, as well as research content, research ideas and research methods for a brief introduction; second branch and industry introduction. In this part of the main competition CTC's company profile, survey development process and audiovisual industries were introduced. The third part is the process of CTC overview of the company's organizational structure changes. CTC mainly on the situation of the company to expand in the market during the various stages of change and the current organizational structure and content of the process are described. The fourth part is the CTC company organizational change factors. Mainly on the environment, strategy, business size and business life cycle as well as factors such as changes in customer-oriented organizational structure of the company CTC described. The fifth part prospects for change and conclusions. The main conclusions of future prospects and changes are summarized.
