近年来,尊重个性已是一种世界性的趋势。个性化教学根据学生已有知识结构、能力结构的发展意向进行合理地分组,选择不同的教学目标和内容,不同的教学指导方式, 从而让不同层次的学生都能够得到充分发展。因此,了解大学生体育课上的个性化需求、学习态度、学习兴趣的现状,以及个性化教学和学生学习态度、兴趣间的关系,进而使个性化体育教学正确引导学生兴趣取向。这对培养大学生个性化体育运动的意识、习惯,学生个性格好融入社会需求,都有非常重要的现实意义。 本文应用文献资料法、实验法、数理统计法、问卷调查法、访谈法,在对个性化教学概念、理论研究现状进行评述的基础上,采用多年教学实践总结和经专家指导的个性化教学方法,对体育个性化教学效果进行研究。实验研究结果表明:1、对照班学生前测、后测的推挡、攻球成绩具有显著差异,这说明传统教学法对学生成绩的提高有明显效果。2、实验班学生前测、后测的推挡、攻球成绩具有显著差异,这说明个性教学法对学生成绩的提高有明显效果。3、实验班、对照班体育后测成绩具有显著差异,即实验班体育后测成绩明显优于对照班。4、通过实验后的问卷调查分析和个案分析,实验班后测体育态度和兴趣、学习能力明显优于对照班。这说明实验班后测成绩和体育兴趣等都明显高于对照班,体育个性化教学法对学生学习效果的提高显著优于传统教学法。根据实验教学中的各个组别、层次学生的现有发展水平,使教师有针对性地教学,满足不同类型学生的适度期望和要求,从而增强学生的学习信心,提高学习积极性,激发了学生的学习潜能。进而提出个人建议:1、在个性化教学中履行好教师“导”的职能。2、树立以学生为中心的教学观念,做到因材施教、量力而行。3、创设良好的学习环境是个性化教学的保障。4、从学校的实际出发,采用多样化的教学方法和现代教育技术手段。
外文摘要:
In recent yeas, highlighting and respecting individualized has become a trend in the world. Therefore an understanding of college students’ individual needs for PE can make individualized teaching helpful as for guiding the students the correct attitudes toward PE and their interests in it. The relevant degree of individualized teaching and college students’ attitudes toward PE as well as their interests in it is also helpful. The individualized teaching had the knowledge structure, the ability structure development intention according to the student carries on reasonably groups, chooses the different teaching goal and the content, different teaching instruction way, thus lets the different level the students all can obtain the full development. Thus the individualized teaching can serve the colleges and students better and it is very important to help students have the sense and habit in the individual sports activities.On the basis of adopting the approaches of literature search, experimentation, statistical method, questionnaire and interview, this paper carries out a research on the effects of individualized teaching, through individualized teaching methods proved by experts and teachers. The results of this research indicate: there is much difference of the students’ attitudes toward PE and their interests in it after they are given experimental teaching for a whole term. The sports individualized teaching method remarkably surpasses the traditional teaching method. It is suggested that firstly, the individuality of teachers should be formed. Secondly a student-centered teaching conception should be established. Thirdly, a good study environment is the guarantee of individualized teaching. Finally, various teaching methods and modern educational technology should be adopted.
