项目管理一个非常重要的任务就是提高或者确保项目绩效目标,而项目绩效受到很多不同因素影响,其中项目管理者的领导风格对于项目绩效的影响有着一定的争议。正确认识服务型领导风格与家长式领导风格对项目绩效的影响,尤其是理解其影响模式,合理的调整与变更领导风格来提升项目绩效,是现代项目管理中非常值得关注的问题。本文以领导风格对项目绩效的影响为研究对象,明确如何对领导风格进行调整提升项目绩效。首先,本文对研究的背景、目的和意义、方法及内容、相关文献综述等进行整理,为本文研究理清思路。其次,对本文实证研究的基本思路与方法进行介绍,重点阐述理论基础及问卷设计的基本思路,并对研究模型与假设、研究样本进行介绍。再次,重点引入数据和模型工具,采取定性与定量相结合的方式,通过对不同项目的绩效与领导风格的调研,结合统计分析方法对不同领导风格对项目绩效的影响进行分析,对每一种领导风格对项目绩效影响的机理进行分析。第四,在定量分析基础上,进一步结合案例特点,具体解说不同领导风格对项目绩效影响产生的机理。最终对研究进行总结与展望。综合全文分析,本文认为从理论和实证分析结果来看,家长式领导风格更有助于组织绩效目标的实现,但是服务型领导风格却更有利于过程绩效与创新绩效等的提升,与其强调领导风格对项目绩效的影响,强调如何将家长式与服务型领导风格进行变更,倒不如更多的关注其影响机理,适度的调整领导风格构成中的主要因子,更好的发挥对应因子对项目绩效优化的促进效果,这样才更符合项目管理的目的。

A very important task of project management is to improve or ensure that project performance goals, and project performance is influenced by many different factors, including the project manager's leadership style has a certain influence on the controversial project performance. It is a problem worthy of attention in modern project management to understand the influence of service leadership and paternalistic leadership style on the project performance , especially understand the influence mode, and adjust and change the leadership style reasonably to enhance and improve the project performance,This paper studies on the influence of leadership style on performance of the project, and understand how to adjust leadership style to enhance the performance of project.First of all, this paper organizes the background, purpose and significance, method and content, related literature review, and manage thinking for the research. Secondly, the basic ideas and methods of the empirical research are introduced, what is most important is the evaluation model of project performance, leadership style, and related model of the impact of leadership style on project performance. Thirdly, it is focus on the introduction of the data and the tool, and analysis the results of the investigation of different project performance and leadership style using qualitative and quantitative methods, and analysis the effects of different leadership styles on project performance. Fourth, based on quantitative analysis, combined with case characteristics, this paper explains the effects of different leadership styles on project performance. Finally, it comes to a summary and prospect of the study.This paper argues that paternalistic leadership style is more conducive to organizational performance targets from the theoretical and empirical analysis results., And the service leadership is more conducive to the process performance and innovation performance improvement It is more in line with the project management objective to pay more attention to the impact mechanism, the main factor by adjusting the appropriate leadership style. And take advantage of paternalistic leadership and service leadership
