近两年来，我国经济金融领域出现了较为突出的流动性过剩问题，外汇储备、银行存差和证券价格都出现了大幅的增长和上升。本文对造成流动性过剩的两大原因进行了分析，认为银行系统不断的信贷扩张和外汇储备不断增加，是造成宏观经济中流动性过剩的直接原因。并对近几年由于国际收支不平而急速兴起的主权财富基金现象进行讨论。通过对其原因的分析，笔者认为应该以适当的财政政策，完善的市场机制以及银行业的证券化几方面同时进行以从根本上解决流动性过剩的问题。

For these 2 years, our country economy finance field has appeared to be outstanding excess liquidity problem. Comparatively, the foreign exchange reserves 、bank stores and bond price having appeared the wide increase sum rises. By analyzing the main two reason of excess liquidity, this paper not only shows that ceaseless credit expand of bank system and the inflow of foreign capital are the direct cause of China's excess liquidity, but also discuss rapid developed sovereignty wealth fund phenomenon in recent years. By the analysis to whose cause, the author thinks that appropriate finance policy, perfect market mechanism is in progress to comply with the problem of excess liquidity
