社交焦虑是种广泛存在的焦虑情绪,主要表现为个体在面对社交情境时产生焦虑紧张等情绪,严重可发展为社交焦虑障碍,引发社会功能受损,伴随睡眠障碍和抑郁等症状。目前生理物理治疗、药物治疗和认知行为治疗均可缓解社交焦虑,认知行为疗法治疗效果突出,从改善负面因素入手,更注重于改善不合理认知,药物治疗存在时效性且费用昂贵,总之,目前治疗方法效果不一,受到个体认知水平、经济水平等多方面因素影响,探索新的治疗方式很有必要。慈心禅作为一种专注情绪的禅修方式,偏向于发展个体的积极因素。 已有的研究成果表明简短的慈心禅训练可以改善在实验室环境下由于社会压力测试引起的社交焦虑,但并未在正常环境下对临床或亚临床社交焦虑患者中的进行应用研究,这方面的研究有待加强。根据社交焦虑的认知模式发现,社交焦虑患者有消极的自我评价,自我同情水平较低,研究发现通过提高自我同情水平可以缓解社交焦虑,同时社交焦虑还存在消极的他人图式,提高共情水平可以减少焦虑体验,而研究表明慈心禅可以提高自我同情,增加同理心,改善人际关系,因此本研究在以往慈心禅干预研究基础上改善传统慈心禅训练方式,制定针对性的干预方案,检验其对亚临床社交焦虑患者的干预效果。 本研究采用干预组和等待组前后测的实验设计,在线招募135名被试,筛选出54名社交焦虑患者进入研究,对25名被试进行慈心禅干预,历时四周,每周一次,每次90分钟,29名被试进入日常等待组,在研究结束后给予相关材料和费用,在干预前后运用交往焦虑量表,正负情绪量表,自我同情量表,人际反应指针量表对干预疗效全面评估,以此探讨慈心禅对社交焦虑患者的治疗效果。研究结果显示交互作用均不显著,同时发现干预在社交焦虑方面为小到中等效应量(0.07),干预组社交焦虑水平明显降低,正情绪和自我同情水平得到提高,负情绪和共情有所下降,等待组无变化。 综上所述,本研究假设未得到完全支持,慈心禅干预对缓解社交焦虑并无显著效果,但效应量显示有一定倾向性,统计结果也可能会受到样本较小因素影响,因此可以继续进行探究。

Social anxiety is a widely-existing anxiety and can lead to impaired social function, accompanied by sleep disorders and depression. Physical physiotherapy, drug therapy, and cognitive behavioral therapy can all relieve social anxiety, cognitive behavioral therapy may be more focused on improving unreasonable cognition,drug treatment is time-sensitive and expensive. In short, the current treatment methods have different effects, it is necessary to explore new treatment methods. Studies have shown that short Loving-kindness meditation can improve social anxiety caused by social stress tests in the laboratory environment, it can also improve interpersonal relationships and positive emotions, etc. However, there has not been applied research in clinical or subclinical social anxiety individuals by Loving-kindness meditation under normal circumstances. Therefore, research in this area needs to be strengthened. According to the cognitive model of social anxiety, social anxiety patients have negative self-evaluation and low level of self-compassion. The study finds that social anxiety can be alleviated by improving self-compassion level, while social anxiety still has negative patterns of others and enhances empathy can reduce the anxiety experience. Research shows that Loving-kindness meditation can improve self-sympathy, increase empathy, and improve interpersonal relationships. Therefore, based on the previous research on the intervention of Loving-kindness meditation, this study improved the traditional training method of Loving-kindness meditation, and formulated a targeted intervention program to test its intervention effect on subclinical social anxiety individuals. This research recruited 135 participants online and selected 54 participants with social anxiety into the study, and they should complete the Interaction Anxiousness Scale, The Positive and Negative Affect Scale, Self-compassion scale, Interpersonal Reactivity Index-C. Then with the two-group pretest-posttest design, the experimental group (n=25) accept Loving-kindness meditation intervention for four weeks, once a week , about 90 minutes, while the daily group (n=29) have no intervention, with relevant materials and expenses after the end of the study. So that we can discuss the improvement effects of Loving-kindness meditation on social anxiety. The results showed that the interaction was not significant, but the amount of social anxiety was small to moderate (0.07), and the social anxiety level of the intervention group was significantly reduced, the positive emotion and self-sympathy level were improved, and the negative emotion and empathy decreased. There is no change in the daily group. In summary, this study assumes that it is not fully supported, the intervention of Loving-kindness meditation has no significant effect on relieving social anxiety, but the effect volume shows that there is a certain tendency to be affected by factors such as small sample size, so it can continue to explore.
