太极拳是我国的一种传统体育项目,被列入人类非物质文化遗产代表作名录。当前我国高校普遍把太极拳作为体育课程体系的一部分,但是,目前我国高校太极拳的教学还面临着许多现实问题,例如,教学方法不够新颖;学生对动作理解不到位;对太极拳的整体兴趣不高,不能适应新时期学生的个性化学习需要等。因此本研究开发一套太极拳虚拟仿真教学资源,并将该教学资源在大学太极拳课程中进行应用,根据高校教学的实际情况,为高校太极拳教学提供新的教学手段,也为学生学习太极拳提供了新的学习资源。 运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、访谈法、教学实验法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法等研究方法,对该教学资源进行了验证性实验。实验以北京师范大学太极拳公体课学生为实验对象,经过前期筛选实验组20人使用三维动画教学资源辅助教学,对照组20人采用传统教学,共40人进行教学实验,在16周教学实验后对两组学生的太极拳技能水平、平衡能力和太极拳锻炼态度进行对比分析,探究基于运动捕捉技术的三维动画教学资源辅助教学对太极拳公体课的教学效果影响。 通过教学实验得出以下结论: 1、运用三维动画教学资源辅助教学能够较好地提升太极拳选修课的教学效果。通过教学前后对比发现,总体上三维动画组班学生的太极拳技能水平要优于传统教学组学生。 2、运用三维动画教学资源辅助教学能够更多地提升学生的平衡能力指标。通过教学前后对比发现,总体上三维动画组学生的太极拳动态平衡能力水平要优于传统教学组学生,静态平衡能力各有提升。 3、运用三维动画教学资源辅助太极拳公体课教学对提升学生的太极拳锻炼态度效果更好。通过教学前后对比发现,三维动画组学生在行为态度、行为认知、行为意向和情感体验四项指标提升效果明显,要优于传统教学组。 |

Taijiquan is a traditional sport in China and has been included in the representative list of the intangible cultural heritage of humanity. At present, taijiquan is widely regarded as a part of the physical education curriculum system in colleges and universities in China. However, the teaching of Taijiquan in colleges and universities in China still faces many practical problems, for example, the teaching method is not novel enough; Students do not understand the movements properly; The overall interest in Taijiquan is not high, and it can not adapt to the personalized learning needs of students in the new era. Therefore, this study develops a set of tai Chi virtual simulation teaching resources, and applies the teaching resources in college Tai Chi courses. According to the actual situation of teaching in colleges and universities, it provides new teaching means for tai Chi teaching in colleges and universities, and also provides new learning resources for students to learn Tai Chi. Using the methods of literature, questionnaire, interview, teaching experiment, mathematical statistics, logical analysis and other research methods, the verification of the teaching resources were carried out. With Beijing normal university, tai chi and body experiment course students as experimental object, after a preliminary screening of experimental group 20 people use the three dimensional animation teaching auxiliary teaching resources, 20 people in traditional teaching, a total of 40 people teaching experiments, in 16 weeks after teaching experiment on two groups of students taichi skills, balance and comparing the taijiquan exercise attitude, Explore the influence of 3d animation teaching resource assisted teaching based on motion capture technology on the teaching effect of Taijiquan public sports class. Through the comparison of teaching before and after, it is found that on the whole, the taijiquan skills of the students in the 3D animation group are better than those in the traditional teaching group. 2. Using 3D animation teaching resources to assist teaching can improve students' balance ability index more. Through the comparison of teaching before and after, it is found that on the whole, the dynamic balance ability of students in the 3D animation group is better than that in the traditional teaching group, and the static balance ability has been improved. 3. It is better to use 3D animation teaching resources to assist the teaching of Public sports of Tai Chi to improve students' attitude of Tai Chi exercise. Through the comparison of teaching before and after, it was found that the improvement effect of behavioral attitude, behavioral cognition, behavioral intention and emotional experience of students in the 3D animation group was obvious, which was better than that of the traditional teaching group. |
