The frequent propagation of AIDS has triggered explosive debates in society and academic circles. This behavior does seriously harm to others and public health security. However, the current law，which is not only ineffective to the prevention and treatment of sexual diseases, but also useless to protection of National health, lacks the suitable criminal charge. Although there have been many discussions in the academic circles, there is no conclusion. The author thinks that amending the relevant provisions on the crime of sexually transmitted diseases can control this behavior, which is an effective measure to effectively protect the people's legal interests and maintain social stability.
