       我国的STEM教育,在近几年已越来越受到社会上各行各业的关注。这种强调跨学科整合的教育理念可以培养学生解决问题的能力,也能培养学生创造性思维能力和团队合作能力等多种能力,从而培养出满足我国当前发展需要的复合型人才。信息技术教育是STEM教育概念的重要子模块之一,它在许多国家的战略技术人才战略部署中占据关键位置。因此,信息技术教育课程的设计与实施必须顺应STEM教育的发展趋势。在STEM教育理念下,将当前流行的基于项目的学习方式整合到小学信息技术活动课程中,通过加入强化团队合作策略,设计和开发基于项目学习的STEM活动,并在北京某小学教学进行教学实践和教学效果的准实验研究,以促进我国信息技术领域中STEM教育的开展和实施。在本研究设计中,主要探讨了如下研究内容:
       第一,在大量阅读国外和我国近年来在STEM教育、基于项目的学习、Scratch教育、团队合作能力等方面的相关文献后,进行归纳分析并总结出当前我国在STEM教育、基于项目的学习与Scratch教育等的研究现状。
       第二,在STEM跨学科理念支撑下,通过基于项目的学习的方式,设计并实施Scratch课程,并在小学进行教学实践,在此过程中思考并探究怎样在基于项目学习的STEM模式下进行强化团队合作策略培训活动而更好地提高学生的团队合作能力。
       第三,通过对比实验组和控制组的教学效果,分析加入强化团队合作策略培训课程的基于项目学习的STEM教学活动与仅采用基于项目学习的STEM教学活动在信息技术Scratch编程教学过程中,对学生团队合作能力的影响情况,为基于项目学习的信息技术教育课程在基础教育阶段的推广和落地提供可行的实践经验。
       最后,笔者进行了研究总结,分析了进行下一步研究的展望。强化团队合作策略的基于项目学习的STEM活动在Scratch编程课程中,学生通过接受系统的团队合作策略培训并动手实践完成具体项目任务,不仅提高了解决真实的问题情境中的感性认识,其团队合作能力、STEM学习参与度等都等得到了显著提升,研究结果表明强化团队合作策略动对基于项目学习的STEM教育活动在培养学生的团队合作能力方面作用显著。
外文摘要:
        STEM education in our country has attracted more and more attention from all walks of life in the society in recent years. This kind of educational philosophy that emphasizes interdisciplinary integration can cultivate students' ability to solve problems, as well as students' creative thinking ability and teamwork ability, so as to cultivate compound talents that meet the current development needs of our country. Information technology education is one of the important sub-modules of the concept of STEM education, and it occupies a key position in the strategic deployment of strategic technical talents in many countries. Therefore, the design and implementation of information technology education courses must conform to the development trend of STEM education. Under the concept of STEM education, integrate the current popular project-based learning method into the primary school information technology activity curriculum, design and develop project-based learning STEM activities by adding a strategy of strengthening teamwork, and conduct teaching practice in a Beijing elementary school. And quasi-experimental research on teaching effects to promote the development and implementation of STEM education in the field of information technology in our country. In this research design, the following research contents are mainly discussed:
       First, after reading a lot of foreign and Chinese related literatures in STEM education, project-based learning, Scratch education, teamwork ability, etc. in recent years, conduct an inductive analysis and summarize the current my country’s STEM education, project-based learning and Scratch education and other research status.
       Second, under the support of the interdisciplinary concept of STEM, through project-based learning, Scratch courses are designed and implemented, and teaching practice is carried out in elementary schools. In this process, think and explore how to strengthen under the STEM mode of project-based learning. Teamwork strategy training activities to better improve students' teamwork ability.
       Third, by comparing the teaching effects of the experimental group and the control group, analyzing the STEM teaching activities based on project learning and the STEM teaching activities that only use project-based learning in the training course of strengthening team cooperation strategy. The influence of students’ teamwork ability provides feasible practical experience for the promotion and implementation of project-based information technology education courses in the basic education stage.
       Finally, the author made a research summary and analyzed the prospects for further research. STEM activities based on project learning to strengthen teamwork strategies. In the Scratch programming course, students receive systematic teamwork strategy training and hands-on practice to complete specific project tasks. This not only improves the perceptual awareness in solving real problem situations, but also teamwork. Ability, participation in STEM learning, etc. have all been significantly improved. The research results show that strengthening teamwork strategies has a significant effect on project-based STEM education activities in cultivating students’ teamwork ability.
