本研究通过对447名空乘人员工作压力源和职业枯竭进行测量,对空乘人员的工作负荷、人际关系、职业发展、工作家庭四种工作压力源以及职业枯竭现状进行了初步了解,并对工作压力源和职业枯竭之间的关系进行了探讨。本研究得到了如下结果:(1)以不同人口统计学变量做自变量,空乘人员的压力源感受和职业枯竭状况做因变量,进行单因素方差分析,发现不同年龄、不同婚姻状况、不同月收入的员工中两者各维度间存在显著差异,而性别和受教育程度对两因变量的影响均不显著;(2)用职业枯竭对四种工作压力源进行回归分析发现,工作负荷、职业发展和工作家庭三个压力源对职业枯竭的三个维度均有显著的预测作用;(3)方差分析和相关分析的结果显示,职业枯竭的低工作效能维度与其它两维度有所分离。

This paper has done a survey on work stressors and job burnout of 447 aviation attendants to get a primary idea on four basic work stressors (work load, interpersonal relationships, career development and work-family conflict), and the relationship between work stressors and job burnout will be discussed later in the paper. The study come to the following conclusions : (1) Using the demographic variables as independents, stressors and job burnout as dependents, the one-way ANOVA finds that there are significant differences among people of different ages, marital status and work income. However, genders and educational levels have no significant effects on these two dependents. (2) Using four stressors to do regression analysis on job burnout, the study reveals that work load, career development and work-family conflict can significantly predict all three dimensions of job burnout. (3) The one-way ANOVA and Correlation Analysis demonstrate the distinctiveness of the low professional efficacy dimension, which indicates that those dimensions may be on separate theory levels.
