本研究调查了北京市5-6岁幼儿性别角色教育的现状,主要采用访谈法、量表法和问卷法,在北师大实验幼儿园日托部大班五个班级中各随机抽取3名男孩和3名女孩,得到共30名幼儿作为访谈与量表测量的被试,同时选取全体大班幼儿教师以及随机抽样的大班幼儿家长分别进行问卷调查。研究发现,北京市5-6岁幼儿性别角色教育现状基本处于较好的发展状态,幼儿的性别角色认知发展正常、社会性别认同能力总体发展良好,大部分幼儿的性别角色类型为双性化个体,教师和家长的性别角色教育理念与行为偏向双性化模式。社会对幼儿性别角色的期待向传统男性化优秀特质倾斜,但男性幼儿所表现的性别角色类型开始有女性化特质增加的趋势,成年男性参与幼儿性别角色培养的重要性日渐显露。
外文摘要:
The purpose of this study is to investigate the present situation of Beijing 5-6 years old children's gender role education. The study mainly adopts the method of interview, scale and questionnaire. It selects 3 boys and 3 girls from each senior day nursery classes of BNU Experimental Kindergarten, totally 30 children as the subjects of the study. At the same time, it selects the teachers in senior classes and the random parents of senior-class children as the subjects of questionnaires. The study found that the present situation of Beijing 5-6 years old children's gender role education is generally developing in a good state. Children's perception and social identity of the gender role develops well. Most children's gender role types are androgyny. Teachers and parents’ idea and behavior on the gender role education bias androgyny model. The social expectations on children's gender role lean to traditional good qualities of male, but boys’ gender role types begin to appear the trend of increase in feminine qualities. The importance of adult males involving in the children's gender role education become gradually evident.
