低碳经济是在全球气候变暖和能源资源匮乏的背景下提出来的。本文首先简述了低碳经济提出的背景及其主要特征，并简要分析了国外低碳经济的发展概况，能源消耗的问题研究对于低碳经济有重要的意义。从能源消费影响因素看，一国能源消费与该国人口数量、GDP和所处纬度均呈显著正相关，鉴于人口和能源消费关系的研究颇多，主要对人均生活能源消费量和人均GDP的关系进行研究。本文首先用茎叶图和箱线图对数据进行初步探索，对两者关系采用了普遍的最小二乘法和探索性数据分析中的三组耐抗线方法进行对比得出相关关系。

Low-carbon economy in the context of global warming and energy resources are scarce. This paper first outlines the background and the main features of the proposed low-carbon economy, and a brief analysis of the overview of the development of foreign low-carbon economy. And energy consumption has important implications. Impact factors from energy consumption, energy consumption in one country and the country's population, GDP, and in which the latitude showed a significant positive correlation. In view of the relations of a lot of the population and energy consumption, we mainly study on the relationship of per capita household energy consumption and Real GDP per capita. The relationship between least squares method and three groups resistant line to compare the obtained correlation.
