中国迈入高等教育大众化国家行列以来,大学毕业生人数逐步升高,毕业生就业形势逐年严峻,如何改善大学生的就业现状,促进更多的大学生理想的就业,一直是学术界和教育实践工作者关心的课题。社会、政府、高校、用人单位和学生自身都在影响毕业生就业中起到关键作用。高校作为学生的教育者、引导者和服务者,在教育管理工作上责任重大,就业作为高校教育管理的输出环节,尤为关键。本文为个案研究型论文,以人本管理为理论基础,通过文献、访谈和问卷资料分析方法对高校就业体系的相关文献进行了梳理,运用个案研究的方法对浙江万里学院就业体系进行研究,对个案高校学生的择业观现状和就业工作开展进行了分析,归纳形成高校就业体系框架。首先对个案高校的发展现状和毕业生流向进行了简要的分析,阐述了选择该校作为个案高校的原因有四个,包括“应用型大学”的办学思路、以教育成本收费的办学体制、较高的就业率和就业思想较为活跃的学生;其次分析了就业体系形成的宏观环境包括办学体制、办学理念和人才培养模式等,而动因主要是为了吸引招生、提升层次和满足学生需求;再次对就业体系中学校管理层、二级学院、就业指导中心、辅导员、任课教师和学生等六个微观元素在就业体系中所处的位置和发挥的作用分别进行了阐述和分析;最后对高校就业体系的作用网络和运作模式进行了归纳和总结,得出就业体系以各元素的互动作用,循环作用建立起了一个以人本管理为理念的立体虚拟网络化的体系结构。各元素在作用网络运作中包含了服务导向、信息化、校企合作以及全程创业教育等人本管理的运作模式,显然,基于人本管理的高校就业体系是高校就业工作的优化方式,人本管理是高校就业工作乃至整个高校管理工作的出发点和归宿。

When China went into the ranks of higher education massification country, the number of university graduates has gradually increased, and the employment situation of graduates become grim each year. How to improve the employment status of college students, and then promote more college students to get more desirable employment, that has been a severe issue for the academic and educational practice workers. Society、government、universities、employers and students themselves all play a key role on affecting the employment of graduates. Universities as a educator, guider and service provider of students, is long way to go in educational administration works. Employment works as part of the output of Higher Education Management is significant.This paper is a case study. Based on Humanistic management theory, through the literature analysis method for the employment works and employment system of the employment-related documents were analyzed and sorted, using method of case studies to carry out work the research on the Employment System of Universities. In the case studies, by the field research and survey research method to research the view of employment of the status of Wanli’s students, and the employment system launching. And based on the analysis of the university’s employment works, summarized form the Framework of university employment system. At first, there is a brief analysis of the development status of Wanli and the graduates flow; there are four major reasons for selecting Wanli to be the case of research. Including the "application-oriented university “School-running thoughts, and the educational provision system of charges by educational costs, higher employment rate and the students who are more active on thought of employment; Secondly, the macro-environment of the formation of the employment system, including educational institutions, School-running thoughts and personnel cultivating model; The main Formed motivation is to attract enrollment, to raise the level and to meet the needs of students; Thirdly, there are six micro-elements in the employment system, including school management, secondary colleges, the center of employment instruction, counselors, Teachers and students, and the position and role of the micro-elements were described and analyzed. Next, based on the above analysis, network and mode of operation of the university employment system are summarized and concluded. Obtained employment system through the interaction among the elements and cycles to establish a three-dimensional virtual network structure which choose humanistic management to be the concept, replacing the original single and directly roles. There is four mode of operation among each element in the employment system, just like a service-oriented operation, information technology, school-enterprise cooperation and whole mode of entrepreneurship education. This conclusion is that the university employment system which is based on “humanistic management" is the optimal way of University employment works, and “humanistic management" is the starting point and end point of the university employment works and the whole University Management.
