目前，我国已经形成了长江三角洲经济圈、珠江三角洲经济圈和京津冀经济圈，这三大经济圈已成为支撑全国经济的主要增长极和带动我国经济发展的强大引擎。推进京津冀经济共同发展，符合区域内各方利益，是提高区域整体竞争力的迫切需要，也是加快区域经济一体化进程的必然选择。本文通过对京津冀区域经济合作与发展的研究，旨在阐明京津冀进行区域合作的主要内容以及存在的问题，从而寻求解决这一区域经济发展的对策路径，实现三方的共赢局面，促进地区经济的协调发展。文章分三个部分：第一章阐述相关的区域经济合作理论，从而为本文的论述和展开提供理论支持。第二章介绍京津冀区域经济合作的演化过程，指出京津冀区域经济合作的现状，分析制约该地区经济合作与发展的因素。第三章提出促进京津冀区域经济合作与协调发展的对策建议。关键词：京津冀经济圈； 现状； 制约因素； 对策建议

At present, China has formed the Yangtze River Delta economic circle, the Pearl River Delta economic circle and the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei economic circle. The three major economic circles have become the main national economic growth pole and powerful engine that support and lead the economic development of our country. Promoting common development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei economic circle conforms to the interests of all parties within the region. It is the urgently need to improve the overall competitiveness of the region and the inevitable choice to accelerate the process of regional economic integration.Based on the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region economic cooperation and development study ,this thesis points out the main contents and the existing problems of the regional cooperation, seeks the policy path which can achieve tripartite win-win situation and promote the coordinated development of regional economy. This text is divided into three chapters altogether. The first chapter introduces the relevant theory of regional economic cooperation, so as to start this discussion and provide theoretical support. The second chapter describes the evolutionary process of regional economic cooperation among Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei, points out the main contents of regional economic cooperation and the factors constraining the region's economic cooperation and development. Chapter 3 puts forward the proposals for promoting the regional economic cooperation and harmonious development of Beijing- Tianjin - Hebei economic circle.
