通过对国内已有的关于浮游藻类在水质监测和评价中的应用及相关研究文献通览,总结了国内外关于此方面的研究现状和待研究领域。浮游藻类现存量法、指示生物法、生物指数法和物种多样性指数法是目前国内外常用的浮游藻类在水质监测和评价中的方法。国外对实用性强且应用广泛的方法有了进一步的适用范围研究,使得生物水质评价法更科学合理,监测和评价结果更准确可信;国内虽已进入实用阶段但目前还缺少对评价方法适用范围的研究。已有的藻类在水质的监测和评价的实例中,从各方面讲皆分布不均,对自然水体的研究居多,我国华北、华中和南部沿海地区均有较多应用,在东北、西北和青藏地区研究较少。对于研究较少的领域要加强研究,使得我国浮游藻类在水质监测和评价方法更进一步。国内浮游藻类评价方法的参考标准混乱,没有统一标准,对方法的应用有盲目性;有些研究会根据具体状况对评价标准进行修改,但都未给出合理理由。数据测量缺乏规范,目前已有的研究数据不足以做全国性浮游藻类在水质监测和评价应用中的精度评价。
外文摘要:
After going over nearly all the references about application of algae to water quality and water monitoring, this article summarized the research situation and further study direction in China and abroad in this aspect. Methods of algae standing stock, biological indicator, biological index and species diversity are normally used in the whole field of water monitoring and evaluation at the present. In abroad, studies on sphere of application have been done on those the most practical methods, which can make biological evaluation more scientific and reasonable, so that the results of water monitoring and evaluation become more exactly. In China, though there have been many cases used these methods, we still have rarely studies on sphere of application for evaluating index. All the relative researches in China are not balance. Studies focus more on natural water, less on seminatural water and the least on artificial water bodies. On the view of geographical division, more studies concentrated on the North China, Central China and South Coastal Areas. On the contrary, there are fewer cases in the rest area, even none in the Qinghai-Xizang (Tibet) Region. We should enhance the field which are fewer studied to improve the whole level of algae to water quality monitoring and evaluation in our country. There is not a standard of evaluation methods in China so that there are different standards for one evaluation index. Application of evaluation indexes is always unreasonable. Many studies used their own standard, but did not provide the reason. Data which these studies have got is lack of standard. As present studies, we can not do the precision evaluation of application of algae to water quality monitoring and evaluation in our country.
