随着高校毕业生人数的不断增加，高校毕业生就业难的问题越来越突出。若是能够及早的进行合理的职业生涯规划，为今后的就业与职业发展做好充分的准备，则不但能提高高校毕业生就业率，还有利于个人职业生涯的发展。在西方发达国家，职业生涯规划早已形成了完整的体系，在社会中发挥着重要的作用，而我国还没有构筑起具体的操作体系，职业生涯规划没有发挥出应有的重要作用。北京市体育学科硕士研究生具有较高的素质与能力，又身处良好的社会环境中，享受着我国最优质的教育资源，能够最先接触到先进的教育教学思想，在我国体育学科硕士研究生中具有很强的代表性。他们本应在良好的学习环境中不断充实自己，毕业后马上投入社会建设中，但事实上其就业情况仍不容乐观，说明我国高校毕业生就业压力，也反映出其没有进行细致的职业生涯规划，对自己的未来缺乏客观的认识与规划，上学期间没有具体的奋斗目标与方向，缺乏必要的行动指导。本研究以北京师范大学、北京体育大学和首都体育学院三所院校的体育学科硕士研究生为研究对象，通过查阅文献、问卷调查、走访负责就业指导的老师等方法对北京市体育学科硕士研究生进行研究。通过调查数据的统计与分析，发现北京市体育学科硕士研究生在职业生涯规划方面存在以下几个问题：1、自我认知程度较低；2、对就业情况缺乏客观的认识，对未来缺乏有效规划；3、导师缺乏对体育学科硕士研究生职业生涯规划的监督与帮助4、学校缺乏针对北京市体育学科硕士研究生的职业生涯规划课程与活动。针对北京市体育学科硕士研究生在职业生涯规划方面存在的问题，本研究提出了以下几条建议：1、体育学科硕士研究生要加强对自身与社会的认知程度；2、编纂并实施《北京市体育学科硕士研究生职业生涯规划实施手册》；3、导师要加强对学生职业生涯规划的关注与帮助；4、学校建立完整的职业生涯规划课程与活动体系。

With the increasing number of college graduates, the problem about employment’s difficulty for graduates is becoming more and more serious. If graduates can do wise career planning earlier, fully prepared for employment and career development in future, they will not only have better personal career development, but also improve the rate of employment for college graduates. In Western developed countries, career planning has already formed a complete system and has played an important role in society, but China has not built a specific operating system so that career planning does not play the important role which is supposed to. Postgraduates of Physical Education in Beijing have high quality and ability; also, they are in a good social environment, enjoying the best educational resources, contacting the advanced thinking about education and teaching, being a strong representation for Postgraduates of Physical Education in China. They should have enriched themselves in the good learning environment constantly and should have built our community immediately after graduation, but in fact their employment situation is still not optimistic, which means the pressure on employment for college graduates in China is heavy and reflects that they have not detailed career planning, lacking of objective understanding and planning for their future, a specific goal and direction during the colleges also the necessary guidance for action. This paper proposes to survey postgraduates of Physical Education in Beijing Normal University, Beijing Sports University and Capital Institute of Physical Education as a case, with the methods of literature review, questionnaires and visiting to the teachers who are responsible for career guidance Postgraduate. Through Statistics and analysis of survey data, this paper shows the following several problems about Postgraduates of Physical Education for career planning in Beijing: the first one is lacking self-perception; the second one is lacking of objective understanding for the employment situation and effective planning for future; the third one is lacking of guidance about career planning from instructors; the last one is lacking of courses and activities for career planning from colleges. To solve these problems, this research comes up four suggestions in summary. First, postgraduates of Physical Education should strengthen their cognitive about their selves and society. Secondly, compiling and carrying out manuals about career planning for postgraduates of Physical Education in Beijing is necessary. Moreover, instructors should pay more attention and help to the students’ career planning. The last but not the least, colleges should set up a complete programs’ and activities’ system about career planning.
