经过改革开放40年的发展，北京工业在发展质量和经济效益上取得了辉煌成就，成为北京经济发展的“压舱石”。随着建设“四个中心”（政治中心、文化中心、国际交往中心、科技创新中心）首都战略功能定位的提出，北京开始大力疏解非首都功能，腾退一般制造业，加快构建“高精尖”经济结构。在当前转型发展的新阶段，北京经济技术开发区作为北京实体经济的主阵地，在经历了快速发展的黄金机遇期后，产生了一系列发展不协调、不均衡和不可持续等深层次问题，不仅影响了开发区工业结构升级进程，还阻碍了区域经济的健康发展。为应对新时期“京津冀协同发展”、“三城一区”建设等重大机遇和挑战对北京经济技术开发区提出的新课题，以工业结构调整和优化升级为主线，解决自身发展的瓶颈问题，引领北京经济实现高质量发展，成为北京经济技术开发区在新形势下的使命任务。 本论文运用定性和定量相结合的分析方法对开发区工业经济内部结构进行深入剖析，找出开发区工业发展的优势与不足，提出通过加强创新型产业集群建设、培育壮大引领性龙头企业、大力发展生产性服务业、提升政府服务管理水平和效率等措施推动开发区工业结构调整和优化升级，加快构建北京经济技术开发区现代化经济体系和高质量发展新格局。

Throughout the development of 40 years reform and opening up, Beijing has made great progress in economy，which becomes the bedrock of development of economy in China. Under the background of strengthening the capital’s function as “four centers ”(center of politics, center of culture, center of international communication, center of science and technology innovation), Beijing government begins to promote high-quality development, firm up the new development philosophy, intensify innovation-driven development, and move faster to build an economic structure based on high-end, prevision and sophisticated technologies. In the new age of transformation of economy,as the leader of Beijing economy, Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area (Beijing E-town) plays a very important role of industrial development. However, after the high speed of economic development, Beijing E-town cause a series of problems to prevent the sustainable development of area. Facing on these difficulties, Beijing E-town follow the rule of relieving Beijing of functions nonessential to its role as the capital and using this to promote coordinated development of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region in order to upgrading its industrial structure. This article attempts to deeply analyze the industrial structure of Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area by using the methods of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis aims to figure out the advantages and disadvantages inside. Therefore, the article tries to point out some rational proposals and suggestions for sustainable economic development of Beijing E-town.
