数字经济是当今世界经济发展的重要趋势之一,涉及互联网、大数据、人工智能、物联网等多种技术手段的应用,正在深刻改变各个行业和领域的发展模式和格局。给全球经济和贸易带来了深刻的变化,也给文化产业的发展和贸易带来了极大的影响。而文化产业是一种极富创意、极具地域特征、极富文化意蕴的行业,在世界范围内的经济与文化发展中起着举足轻重的作用。在数字经济持续发展的过程中,数字技术创新为文化产业的转型升级、新业态、新模式的发展提供了有利条件和技术支撑。近年来,全球文化产业的发展呈现出出口贸易逐渐成为其重要发展方向的趋势。本文首先对数字经济和文化贸易现状进行了梳理,通过此部分的介绍阐明研究的意义,有利于丰富理论研究,也可以在现实层面上改善文化产品的出口困境,本文通过对中国城市的数字经济、文化产品和出口规模的分析,探讨了数字经济对文化产品出口的推动作用。通过实证分析,我们发现,数字经济对文化产品出口规模有明显的正向影响。此外,沿海城市和发达国家在文化产品出口增长方面受数字经济的影响更为明显。为了进一步探讨数字经济如何推动文化贸易出口的机制,我们以技术创新为中介变量进行了回归分析。结果显示,数字经济和技术创新对文化产品出口都有正向影响,而且数字经济和技术创新之间存在部分中介效应。这一结果说明,数字经济和技术创新共同促进了文化产品出口规模的扩大。同时,我们也发现,在数字经济促进文化产品出口的过程中,也存在一些挑战和问题,如数字经济发展不均衡、数字产业转型困难等。这些问题需要进一步研究和解决。基于以上研究结果,我们可以得出这样的结论:数字经济对文化产品的发展及其出口规模的扩大具有重要的推动作用。因此,政府及相关部门应进一步加强数字经济与文化产品的融合,为文化产品的数字化、网络化、智能化提供更好的支持,打造具有国际竞争力的文化品牌,促进文化产品的转型升级。同时,要着力解决数字经济发展不平衡、数字产业转型难等问题,为数字经济与文化产品的良性互动提供更加稳定、健康的发展环境。 本文的创新点有以下两点,首先,本研究利用省际层面的数据,通过对不同省份之间 的比较和分析,更加全面地研究数字经济对文化产品出口贸易的影响。这种方法的创新点 在于,它能够更加准确地反映数字经济和文化产品出口贸易之间的关系,并提供有价值的 政策建议。其次,本研究使用了新的测度方法来研究数字经济。在传统的研究中,数字经 济往往被简单地定义为数字技术的应用。然而,数字经济涉及到许多方面,包括数字基建、 数字应用、数字金融等。为了更好地研究数字经济对文化产品出口贸易的影响,本研究采 用了基于熵值法的新的测度方法来衡量数字经济的发展水平。这种方法可以从多个角度综 合考虑数字经济的各个方面,更加全面地衡量数字经济的发展水平,从而更好地分析数字经济对文化产品出口贸易的影响。

The digital economy is one of the important trends in the development of the world economy today, involving the application of various technical means such as the Internet, big data, artificial intelligence and the Internet of Things, which is profoundly changing the development mode and pattern of various industries and fields. It has brought profound changes to the global economy and trade, and has also brought great impact to the development and trade of cultural industry. The cultural industry is an extremely creative, highly regional and culturally significant industry, and plays a pivotal role in economic and cultural development worldwide. In the process of continuous development of digital economy, digital technology innovation provides favorable conditions and technical support for the transformation and upgrading of cultural industry, and the development of new business models and modes.

In recent years, the development of the global cultural industry has shown a trend that export trade has gradually become its important development direction. This paper firstly compares the current situation of digital economy and cultural trade, and clarifies the significance of the research through this part of the introduction, which is conducive to enriching theoretical research and also improving the export dilemma of cultural products at the practical level. This paper explores the role of digital economy in promoting the export of cultural products through the analysis of digital economy, cultural products and export scale of Chinese cities. Through the empirical analysis, we find that the digital economy has a significant positive impact on the export scale of cultural products. In addition, coastal cities and developed countries are more significantly influenced by the digital economy in terms of cultural product export growth.

To further explore the mechanism of how the digital economy drives cultural trade exports, we conducted a regression analysis with technological innovation as a mediating variable. The results show that both the digital economy and technological innovation have positive effects on cultural product exports, and there is a partial mediating effect between the digital economy and technological innovation. This result suggests that the digital economy and technological innovation jointly promote the expansion of cultural product exports. At the same time, we also find that there are some challenges and problems in the process of digital economy promoting cultural product exports, such as uneven development of digital economy and difficulties in transformation of digital industry. These problems need to be further studied and solved.

Based on the above findings, we can conclude that the digital economy has an important role in promoting the development of cultural products and the expansion of their export scale.

Therefore, the government and related departments should further strengthen the integration of the digital economy and cultural products, provide better support for the digitization, networking and intelligence of cultural products, create internationally competitive cultural brands and promote the transformation and upgrading of cultural products. At the same time, efforts should be made to solve the problems of unbalanced development of digital economy and difficult transformation of digital industry, so as to provide a more stable and healthy development environment for the benign interaction between digital economy and cultural products. The innovations of this paper are the following two points. First, this study uses data at the inter-provincial level to study the impact of the digital economy on the export trade of cultural products more comprehensively by comparing and analyzing between different provinces. The innovation of this approach is that it can more accurately reflect the relationship between the digital economy and the export trade of cultural products and provide valuable policy recommendations. Second, this study uses a new measurement method to study the digital economy. In traditional studies, the digital economy is often defined simply as the application of digital technology. However, the digital economy involves many aspects, including digital infrastructure, digital applications, and digital finance. To better study the impact of the digital economy on the export trade of cultural products, this study adopts a new measure based on the entropy value method to measure the development level of the digital economy. This method can consider all aspects of the digital economy from multiple perspectives and measure the development level of the digital economy more comprehensively, so as to better analyze the impact of the digital economy on the export trade of cultural products.
