瑶族大部分支系中存在着一种“过渡礼仪”，在瑶族地区一般称为“度戒”。坳瑶是瑶族支系中人数较少、分布较窄的一支，在广西金秀大瑶山深处的坳瑶聚居村，保留着较为完整的坳瑶民俗信仰、“师公”传统和度戒仪式。本文以广西来宾市金秀瑶族自治县下古陈屯为田野地点，对坳瑶的经济社会生活和度戒仪式进行观察，并对当地居民及县文化馆工作人员进行深度访谈。在田野资料的基础上，本文对当地坳瑶度戒仪式的仪式过程、仪式结构和象征意义进行整体的描述和细致的分析。此外，基于对当地坳瑶度戒仪式的传承现状和保护方法的了解，本文对促进当地坳瑶度戒仪式的传承和保护工作提出合理建议.

There is a kind of Rites of Passage in most branches of the Yao nationality, and it is generally called "Dujie" in the Yao areas. While, Ao Yao is a branch of the Yao nationality with a small number and a narrow distribution. In the Ao Yao inhabited village which is located in the Dayao Mountain of Jinxiu, Guangxi, it retains a relatively complete Ao Yao folk belief, "shigong" tradition and Dujie Ritual. This paper takes a village as the field location, where is in Xiaguchentun, Jinxiu Autonomous County of Yao nationality, Laibin City, Guangxi Province, observes the economic and social life and Dujie ritual of Ao Yao, and interviews in-depth with local residents and staffs of the county cultural center. On the basis of the field data, this paper makes an overall description and detailed analysis of the ritual process, ritual structure and symbolic significance of the local Ao Yao Dujie ritual. In addition, based on the understanding of the inheritance status and protection methods of the local Ao Yao Dujie rituals, this paper puts forward reasonable suggestions for promoting the inheritance and protection of the local Ao Yao Dujie rituals.
