本论文以“基于翻转课堂的高中体育篮球课的教学研究”为对象，使用文献资料法、问卷调查法、 实验教学法、数理统计法等研究方法，主要对实验前测的结果分析和实验后的结果与分析，分别包括实验班学生与对照班学生篮球基本情况调查分析、实验班学生与对照班学生对篮球学习兴趣的分析、实验班学生与对照班学生自主学习能力分析、实验班学生与对照班学生小组合作学习能力对比分析、实验班学生与对照班学生体育锻炼态度前测结果与分析、实验班学生与对照班学生体质测试结果；实验班学生对翻转课堂教学的接受程度分析；实验班学生与对照班学生篮球技术方面的后测结果与分析；实验班学生与对照班学生对篮球学习兴趣变化分析；实验班学生与对照班学生自主学习能力对比分析；实验班学生与对照班学生小组合作能力后测与分析；实验班学生与对照班学生体测后测结果与分析；实验班学生与对照班学生在锻炼态度方面的后测结果与分析。
