翻译项目团队存在临时性、项目进度难以追踪、凝聚力差等特点。为解决以上问题，提升翻译质量，项目经理需要在翻译项目中应用项目管理的知识与方法，其中，目标管理（Management by Objectives，MBO）是必不可少的一环。笔者在本研究中针对翻译项目的目标管理，将目标与关键成果法（Objectives and Key Results，OKR）这一工具应用于基于互联网的翻译项目，探索其作用。

本研究主要采用文献调查法、访谈法、问卷调查法，并在案例实践中采用对比实验法来判断OKR工具对翻译项目起到的作用。案例实践包括预实验与正式实验，预实验的结果将为正式实验的OKR制定以及实验方案提供参考。正式实验中，笔者组建了两支翻译团队来翻译相同的内容，并在其中一个团队的项目管理中应用OKR工具。在保证其他条件相同的情况下，比较采用了OKR工具与未采用OKR工具的翻译项目在译文质量、项目进度、团队凝聚力这三个维度上的差异。预实验涉及的翻译文件为Air Force & Space Force Almanac 2022，正式实验的翻译文件为 Deterring Space War: An Exploratory Analysis Incorporating Prospect Theory into a Game Theoretic Model of Space Warfare，这两个项目均为英译中。正式实验结束后，采用卡方检验等方法对实验组和对照组的项目完成时间、译文质量、团队凝聚力等多个指标进行分析，并绘制柱状图、折线图和热图，直观展现实验组与对照组组内分别存在的相关性，以及两组间各项指标的不同程度的差异。项目结束后，笔者对参与项目的成员进行了一对一访谈，收集到团队成员对采用OKR工具的评价与建议，以期为后续研究提供经验指导。

就实验结果而言，OKR工具对基于互联网的翻译团队在进度追踪上有较大帮助，可提升译文的质量与项目完成效率，并在一定程度上提升了团队成员凝聚力。这一研究可为其他翻译项目团队提供参考，在资源有限的情况下更好地管理项目与团队，实现项目的高效目标达成。

Nowadays, translation projects are usually carried out by temporary teams lacking cohesiveness, which makes it difficult to track their project progress. To solve these problems and improve the quality of translation, it is necessary for project managers to apply project management methods to their projects. Management by Objectives (MBO) is an important part of this. In this study, the Objectives and Key Results (OKR) method is applied to the management of translation projects and its effects on Internet-based translation project team are also explored.

In this study, the author mainly uses literature survey, interview, questionnaire, and the comparative experiment to explore the effects of the OKR. Before the formal experiment, the author conducts preliminary experiment to provide guidance for the design of the OKR tool. In the formal experiment, the author choses six translators with similar translation experience, and divides them into two teams randomly to conduct comparative experiment. These two teams are asked to translate the same paper, and one team carries out the project with the OKR tool while the other doesn’t. The differences between their translation quality, timescale of the project, and their group cohesiveness are compared. The translation document involved in the pre-experiment of this study is Air Force & Space Force Almanac 2022, and the paper translated in the formal experiment is Deterring Space War: An Exploratory Analysis Incorporating Prospect Theory into a Game Theoretic Model of Space Warfare, both of which are asked to translate from English to Chinese. After these, the author uses Chi-square test and other methods to analyze the results of these two groups. Bar charts, line charts and heat maps are also used to directly show the internal correlations in these two groups separately, and to see how the indicators vary between them. After this project, the author interviews all the members involved and collects their comments on this study to further improve the use of the OKR tool and provide guidance for the subsequent research.

According to the results, the OKR tool is of great help to Internet-based translation teams in tracking the progress, improving the quality of translation, as well as the efficiency, and it can also enhance the group cohesiveness to some extent. This study can serve as a reference for other translation project teams to manage their projects, and achieve their goals with more efficiency.
