同伴关系是人际交往的重要组成部分,大学生同伴关系是大学时期不可或缺的情感体验。因此,本研究欲通过大学生同伴关系对于学习行为影响的调查分析,了解北京师范大学本科生同学的同伴关系以及学习行为现状,考察大学生同伴关系与大学生的学习行为存在什么关系,大学生同伴关系是否会对学习行为产生影响。 本文对同伴关系以及学习行为的相关文献进行研究综述,并以北京师范大学本科生为研究对象进行实证研究,分析同伴关系现状,学习行为的现状,并对这些现状做进一步的差异分析与相关分析。最后进行讨论总结,给出相关建议。 通过研究得出以下结论:一是大学生的同伴数量较为固定、同伴结构具有同质性、同伴选择也趋于正向化。二是大学生的同伴特质和学习行为处于中等偏上水平。三是同伴关系对大学生学习行为的影响在性别和年级上存在显著的差异。 在研究结论的帮助下,也提出了有关改善同伴关系与学习行为的建议。如可以开展丰富的课外活动,扩大交友渠道。构建良好宿舍氛围,共同学习,一起进步。还可以构建活动小组,提升学习兴趣等。 |

Peer relationships are an important part of interpersonal communication, and they are an essential emotional experience during the college years. Therefore, this study is designed to understand the current situation of peer relationships and learning behaviors of undergraduate students at Beijing Normal University by investigating the influence of college students' peer relationships on learning behaviors, and to examine what relationship exists between college students' peer relationships and college students' learning behaviors, and whether college students' peer relationships have an impact on learning behaviors. This paper reviews the literature on peer relationships and learning behaviors, and conducts an empirical study with undergraduate students at Beijing Normal University to analyze the current status of peer relationships and learning behaviors, and further analyze the differences and correlations between these situations. Finally, summarize the discussion and provide relevant suggestions. We can draw the following conclusions through research: First, the number of college students' peers is relatively fixed, the structure of peers is homogeneous, and the choice of peers tends to be positive. Secondly, the peer traits and learning behaviors of college students are at a moderate to high level. Third, there are significant differences in the influence of peer relationships on college students' learning behaviors in terms of gender and grade level. Based on research findings, suggestions about improving peer relationships and learning behavior are also proposed. For example, rich extracurricular activities can be carried out to expand friendship channels. A good dormitory atmosphere can be built to study together and improve together. Activity groups can also be constructed to enhance learning interests, etc.
