随着中国经济的不断发展,城市化程度不断加深,市场对于家政需求不断增大的同时,供给矛盾也不断深化。随着互联网程度的加深,家政行业推陈出新,开创了O2O的家政模式,在O2O的运营模式下,解决了很多传统家政行业的发展难题,也出现了新的运营问题。 本文以58家政的O2O运营模式为研究范例,从58家政的发展现状和国内家政行业背景入手,结合国内外文献、统计数据探究58家政运营模式的优势和不足。并结合研究实际情况,为58家政的运营模式的修正提出可行性建议。 58家政在O2O运营模式下,在全国范围攻城略地,其体量和业务额得到了极大的提升。但是在粗放式的发展进程中,基本的运营目标,中介服务平台和自营服务模块都已经基本实现。但与此同时,58家政也在经历服务质量偏低、外部市场竞争激烈、高科技替代品冲击等发展阻碍。为了突破发展的层层阻碍,58家政必须在变动的市场中,阶段性的调整运营模式,使之与外部市场环境波动有更大的适配性,打造自身家政业务的“护城河”。 本文研究基于58到家基本运营概况和运营模式所存在问题的探讨。通过SWOT分析对企业内外部的竞争态势进行分析,分析现有运营模式的优劣。运用商业模式画布,对58到家内部运营的九大商业体主要模块进行了解,分析企业运营模式和企业实际商业模式的适配性。依据分析结果,对运营制度、质量提升、保障安全三个方面提出运营模式修正策略,让58到家的运营模式更加符合市场,符合需求。 58到家身处于O2O模式代替传统行业模式的发展阶段,一方面必须小心传统行业O2O化发展的市场竞争,另一方面又得警惕家政机器人企业开拓的家政新赛道。只有持续修正运营策略,形成持久的竞争力,才是长序发展的良药。

With the continuous development of China's economy and the deepening of urbanization, the market demand for household management is increasing, while the supply contradiction is also deepening. With the deepening of the Internet, the homemaking industry innovates and creates the O2O homemaking model. Under the O2O operation model, many difficulties in the development of the traditional homemaking industry have been solved and new operation problems have emerged. Taking the O2O operation mode of 58 housekeeping as the research example, this paper starts with the development status of 58 housekeeping and the background of domestic housekeeping industry, and explores the advantages and disadvantages of 58 housekeeping operation mode by combining domestic and foreign literature and statistical data. Combined with the actual situation, the paper puts forward feasible Suggestions for the revision of the operation mode of 58 housekeeping. 58 under the O2O operation mode, housekeeping has gained a great increase in its size and business amount by taking over cities and territories across the country. However, in the extensive development process, the basic operational goals, intermediary service platform and self-service module have been basically achieved. But at the same time 58 housekeeping is also experiencing low service quality, fierce competition in the external market, impact of high-tech substitutes and other development obstacles. In order to break through the barriers of development, 58 housekeeping must adjust its operation mode in a changing market in stages to make it more adaptable to the fluctuations of the external market environment and build a "moat" of its own housekeeping business. This paper is based on 58 home basic operation profile and operation mode problems.SWOT analysis is used to analyze the internal and external competition situation of an enterprise and the advantages and disadvantages of the existing operation mode.By using the canvas of business model, this paper makes an understanding of the main modules of the nine business models operated by 58 company and analyzes the compatibility between the business model and the actual business model.Based on the analysis, this paper proposes the operation mode modification strategy from three aspects of system operation planning, quality improvement and safety guarantee, so as to make the operation mode of 58 home more in line with the market and demand. 58 home is in the development stage where the O2O model replaces the traditional industry model. On the one hand, we must be careful of the market competition in the O2O development of the traditional industry; on the other hand, we must be careful of the new home economics track developed by domestic robot enterprises. Only by continuously revising the operation strategy and forming the lasting competitiveness can the medicine for long-term development be provided
