儿童电视节目,是以儿童为目标受众的电视节目。儿童电视的制作与其他类型的电视节目存在着较大的差异,它必须紧紧围绕儿童活动的主题,关注儿童关注的问题,尽量贴近儿童心理的环境,努力培养他们高尚的情操与健康的人格。我国儿童电视节目起步较晚,实践和理论研究与西方发达国家相比,都存在着较大差距,儿童节目制作现状还比较混乱。鉴于目前国内儿童电视节目数量众多,但普遍存在受众划分宽泛、话语方式成人化等问题,本文将结合一些个案实例来探讨儿童电视节目现存的一些问题,对加强儿童节目的受众意识提出一些建议。

Children’s television programs are programs of which the target audience are children.There is a large different between children’s television production and other types of TV shows’. Children’s programs must focus on the theme of children’s activities, be concerned about the children’s concerns and close to the child’s psychological environment as far as possible, to develop their noble values and healthy personality.Chinese children TV started later, and compared with other countries, there is a great distance in practice and theoretical research on the program. The current status of Chinese children’s programming is a bit confusing. The children’s programs are of large number in China, but its target audience division is too broad and words too adult. Combined with a number of examples of cases, this article will discuss those existing problems and make some suggestions in enhancing the awareness of the audience concerning the children’s programs.
