信息技术的快速发展和普及，使得网络教育逐渐成为教育领域的重要趋势，而“慕课”作为网络教育的一种创新模式，因其具有自主学习、个性化学习等特点，已经成为全球范围内教育改革的重要方向之一。当前，我国通过信息技术促进教育教学改革、国家政策也助推“慕课”建设，而我国体育慕课建设受到相关制约因素的影响，并未完全发挥体育慕课建设的功能与作用。
本研究采用文献资料法和数据挖掘法，使用Python代码实现网络爬虫技术分析国内外体育慕课建设的现状，总结出体育慕课建设的经验，探究我国体育慕课建设存在的问题，提出建设体育慕课的有效策略，为我国体育慕课建设等方面提供参考于依据。本研究结论如下：
（1）本研究通过对国内外体育慕课建设中课程总数量、专业类型、适合学习人群、师资队伍、学生参与学习情况、课程评价以及课程费用等方面现状进行对比，研究发现我国体育慕课建设存在的课程类型单一，不能广泛满足学习者需求、体育慕课建设团队管理松散，教师培训体系不完善 、师生互动体系有待提高，反馈机制不完善、体育慕课平台课程评价利用率低的现存问题。
（2）基于我国体育慕课建设存在的问题，提出以下策略：优化我国体育慕课建设的课程类型和专业课程设置；丰富我国体育慕课建设团队；重视我国体育慕课教师和学生互动体系的建设；利用慕课平台多方面功能引导学习者参与课程评价。

At present, China promotes education and teaching reform through information technology, and the national policy also promotes the construction of "Mu class," while the construction of PE Mu class in China is affected by the related restrictive factors, and does not fully play the function and function of PE Mu class construction.
This study adopts the method of documentation and data mining. Using Python code to implement network crawler technology to analyze the current situation of PE class construction at home and abroad, Summarize the experience of building PE lessons and explore the existing problems of building PE lessons in China, Put forward the effective strategy of building PE Mu Class, which provides reference for the construction of PE Mu Class in China.The findings of this study are as follows:
(1) The present study compares the current situation of the total number of courses, the type of specialties, the suitable groups of students, teachers, students' participation in learning, the evaluation of courses and the cost of courses in the construction of PE and PE courses at home and abroad, It is found that there is a single type of curriculum in the construction of PE MU in China. Can not widely meet the needs of learners, PE class construction team management is loose, teacher training system is imperfect , teachers and students interaction system needs to be improved, feedback mechanism is not perfect, PE platform course evaluation of low utilization of existing problems.
(2) Based on the problems existing in the construction of PE lessons in China, the following strategies are proposed: Optimizing the type of PE lessons and professional curriculum; To enrich the building team of Chinese sports education;Attach importance to the construction of the interactive system of PE teachers and students; The multi-faceted function of Mu class platform is used to guide learners to participate in course evaluation.
