篮球运动是高中体育发展和普及参与度最高的体育项目之一,篮球课更是高中体育选修课的热衷课程。在体育课程教学实践中,高中学生认知态度及其学习主动性、篮球基本技术水平、学生身体素质方面存在显著性差异,教学方式方法的单一、教学内容的生硬板式化、教学对象身体素质和学习水平差异性多样化的传统教学方法在体育教学课堂的使用,很难进行篮球兴趣爱好的培养,“吃不了”和“吃不饱”的现象日趋严重,教学趣味性低、教学方法和教学内容不适合不同层次的学生,也将进一步影响教学效果。随着《普通高中体育与健康标准》2017最新版本的颁发,体育教师使用什么样的教学方法能够促进学生更加积极快乐自信的进行体育学习值得体育教育者思考钻研。在此基础本论文进行了北京市第十三中学(高中部)篮球教学的分层教学实验研究。 本论文研究目的是探究分层教学法在北京市第十三中学篮球体育教学中教学效果促进作用更加明显。通过选取2017级高二男生共计48名同学,分为对照班和实验班各24名,通过文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法、教学实验法、数理统计法进行传统教学法和分层教学法教学实验下的学生在身体素质、篮球专项技术能力、自信心、学习认知态度和学习主动性的表现状况,实验周期为一个学期32课时。 实验结果分析表明: (1) 分层教学法对于在短周期体育教学后学生在身体形态、身体素质没有明显的促进作用。 (2) 分层教学法在高中体育篮球课的使用对于篮球专项技能有促进作用。 (3) 在高中体育篮球课实施采用分层教学法,对于学生的体育运动学习兴趣的培养有积极促进作用。 (4) 在高中体育篮球课实施采用分层教学法,对于学生认知态度、学习主动性、体育学习自信心有促进作用。

Basketball is one of the highest-sports sports in high school sports development and popularization. Basketball class is a passionate course for high school sports electives. In the practice of physical education curriculum, there are significant differences in high school students' cognitive attitudes and their learning initiative, basic basketball skills, and students' physical quality. The teaching methods are single, the teaching content is rigid and sturdy, and the physical quality of teaching objects and In the use of physical education classrooms, the traditional teaching methods with different levels of learning diversity are difficult to train basketball hobbies. The phenomenon of “can’t eat” and “eat not enough” is becoming more and more serious, teaching interest is low, teaching methods and teaching Content is not suitable for students at different levels, and will further affect the teaching effect. With the issuance of the latest edition of the "Ordinary High School Sports and Health Standards" 2017, what kind of teaching methods are used by physical education teachers can promote students to be more active, happy and confident in physical education. Based on this paper, this paper conducts a layered teaching experiment on basketball teaching in the 13th Middle School (High School) in Beijing. The purpose of this thesis is to explore the role of the stratified teaching method in promoting the teaching effect of basketball physical education in the 13th Middle School in Beijing. By selecting a total of 48 students from 2017 high school boys, they are divided into 24 classes of control class and experimental class. The traditional teaching method and layered teaching are carried out through literature data method, mathematical statistics method, questionnaire survey method, expert interview method and teaching experiment method. Under the law teaching experiment, the students' physical fitness, basketball special technical ability, self-confidence, learning cognitive attitude and learning initiative performance, the experimental period is 32 hours of a semester. Analysis of the experimental results shows that: (1) The stratified teaching method has no obvious promotion effect on physical form and physical quality of students after short-term physical education. (2) The use of stratified teaching methods in high school sports basketball lessons has a positive effect on basketball special skills. (3) The implementation of the stratified teaching method in the high school sports basketball class has a positive effect on the cultivation of students' interest in sports learning. (4) The implementation of the stratified teaching method in the high school sports basketball class promotes students' cognitive attitudes, learning initiative, and self-confidence in sports learning.
