随着我国整体信息化水平持续提升和互联网的日益发展，经济和社会对信息化的依赖程度越来越高，面对日益复杂的信息安全形势和信息安全现状，政府层面、企业层面、个人层在面对网络与信息安全方面问题带来的威胁时都提高了重视程度，相应信息安全的社会需求迅速增长。我国在发展过程中高度重视信息安全产业的健康发展，并于近年将信息安全上升到国家战略层面。近年来，在得到国家政策的大力鼓励和扶持下我国与信息安全产业得到了蓬勃发展，我国政府已明确要求信息安全与信息化发展作为一体之两翼，同等重要同步建设，我国信息安全产业体系也在快速发展壮大当中，逐渐得到完善，国内的信息安全企业拥有发展的重大历史机遇。 本文使用战略管理的理论及分析工具，以信息安全行业下的M公司为研究对象，首先对M公司的基本情况做了概述，主要从公司的成长路径和业务情况进行了说明，以及对公司目前业务发展过程中出现的问题进行了阐述，其次，对M公司外部的宏观环境使用PEST分析方法进行分析，同时对所处产业竞争环境使用波特五力模型进行了综合分析。另外对M公司内部的优势和劣势进行了阐述，同时利用SWOT分析工具，对M公司的内外部因素作用下的情况分，并得出公司未来发展的战略预案，为公司的进一步发展提供战略选择依据。 本文旨在通过将战略管理理论与M公司业务状况相结合，以及对公司外部环境因素和内部条件因素的精准把握，选择当下公司应该采取的战略路线，帮助公司在竞争激烈的市场环境下能够健康快速的持续发展。同时，作为从事安全事业的一员，应该对国家安全事业担当应有的责任和贡献应有的力量，希望本文对M公司自身发展提供参考，并能够为信息安全行业所在其他企业也能起到借鉴作用。
